  4. The past week Ive been busy updating the color designer, to conform with the changed color paterns in all suits (as the order forms had updated paterns, where-as the designer still featured the old ones). Midway into next week, the program should be back up, with a 2nd update sceduled later with some new toys added to the PF production line-up. JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
  5. What most visiting americans dont know is that the cameraman is equipt with a goalkeeper missile, and instructed to kill the slowest flyer. You bet your a$$ everyone puts on the speed JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

  7. AE doesnt 'do' anything standard. Its a package with a lot of tools for (moving) image manipulation. With a lot of knowledge...would be possible yes... JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
  8. With some warping you could do this in After Effects easily.. JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
  9. Cutting away wings is for pussies and bowlers. It is. Its also not part of any response to freefall emergencies. Ever. Though you may disagree on a lot of things, I would suggest brushing up on wingsuit knowledge a bit if you ever go back into the sky with one. PM-ed you some more info... 10. YouTube actually handles the music-copyright (and removed the soundtrack if its not an artist who has a deal with them). That aside...just use the copyright notice form, Ive had to remove about 20 copies of the PF videos I edited a few weeks back. Works like a charm... JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

  14. Similar to what DSE states....its just a matter of looking at your tools as such, and finding the most effective way of using them. JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
  15. Where is the rest of the recovery procedure Robin? I see step 1. Missing step 2 and 3. Your reference to 'modern wingsuit position' sounds very 1999. There is a lot more knowledge and information out there these days...wouldnt hurt to read up a bit... JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

  19. I love thread stray... Flocking at 65 to 70 mph can be a joy as well, if its at balistic forward speeds. But yea...with feet on da butt style flying, that doesnt happen too often. Granted, some flocks do poor speeds in both directions. Though its certainly not all flocks. More and more people are putting the power on it... JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
  20. You should get out more JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
  21. Now who could that *slightly drunkish* person have been.... Cya in two weeks man! JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
  22. And if it wasnt for PF we'd all still be stuck with shoulder inlets and different cuts of the armwings. If nitpicking on who did what, there's hardly an orginal invention in the list. Though great marketing, its not as liniar as you make it sound...but I guess everyones current employer twists and taints both your and my statements a bit... As long as its positive and we all have fun wingsuits to fly that keep improving upon safety, construction and performance...everyone wins... JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
  23. I work on both PC and Mac, and have run into projects (also After Effects) where the Mac simply couldnt handle the render, and we had to revert to the PC, which is funny as the machines do roughly match in specs. I work on PC mostly these days, but dont shy away from the Mac. That said..I couldnt help but laugh at the PC sv Mac image..great one.. JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
  24. Different angle on the mount (relative wind), and yea..I think my fastest speed in freefly is 180mph or so, in wingsuit Ive done 200+ in dives... JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
  25. The original stealth1 was a definate response to the 'big wingdemand' that Tony wihtout doubt opened up with his designs. There where several big suit designs before, which showcased wings going down way past the knee, to the ankle (such as GS1) but those never really took off commercialy. Aside from wingsize (big) the Stealth2 is quite a different thing from the Stealth1 and SM1 (watch the suits side by side/overlay) especially with regards to the inlet system. I dont really care for the whole 'who did this, who did that' but when people make direct quotes related to the origin of an idea or design, I do mind when its not a correct one. Each manufacturer has some stamp on the dicipline, with features that influence the whole market. It just sometimes gets a little strange to me, when people label someone as a creator of a zipper system or inlet design or other feature that was long available on other manufacturers (per example Jii-Wings and Sfly with the zippers, several years before tony or pf adopted those). Whenever someone releases new models, there always seems to be this need to point fingers and compare. While its not so hard to search for the differences instead of the similarities..and just enjoying the products for what they offer you... Test em..fly em....you'll see that even the most similar suits can be way different in design... JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
