Same here...every picture we've had in magazines etc. has been published online (small) first, and often we even showed the picture to the mags. by pointing them to our gallery and said image.. But everyones free to approach magazines in whichever way he/she sees fit of course.. JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

Though many lists/prefered methods exists... The only thing I really like seeing people do is jump A LOT and learn to fly your body with reference of others around you, growing your personal safety and awereness.. Focus on the experience, instead of worrying about the performance part of the skydive (which is what most people 'prepare' for) JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

Would it maybe be an idea to mold a helmet-shape as an add-on to something such as a gath helmet with visor? Meaning you only glue the aerodynamic shell onto something you can just buy anywhere? JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

neeh..you seem to be doing a pretty good job at the spin-docter thing yourself JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

Clever way of evading the fact that even people such as Bill Booth think what you are saying is nonsense and not possible... JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

Perry also seems to be one of the winners in that catagory.. Dont think many people would survive his 'diet' though JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

Looking at how more and more canopies are also using x-brace and airlock technology to increase stiffness and thus performance, I also tend to disagree with this statement... Better inflation/presurisation, takes a lot of arm-strain away as well.. JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

I do...? No real reason why a fat guy cant fly as far as a light one. When talking about freefall times, the tall peeps with bodies resembling that of someone with a terminal illness will have a big advantage, but glide-ratios...not rally.. And when it comes to speed (forward) the heavy guys definately have the afterburner turned on (which is what the comment was you replied to) JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

monowing> one outline of a human body, with the flyer inside tri-wing>RW overal with 3 distinct wings stitched on. This used to be a bit difference in the past, in most modern wingsuits this design aspect has blurred, and there is no real clear line between monowing/tri-wing design.. The first people flying the suit (monowing most noticably Loic) showed different flying styles as well, which became know and linked to the design a lot. Which (IMO) is a shame, as the 'monowing' technique is how everyone should be flying...(regardless of suit brand/model/make) JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

The sad part about us, is that we throw down tons of cash for a wingsuit, and then spend lots more on earodyncamic helmets, rigs etc... And then we stick 25 videocameras on all kinds of poles, helmets and drag-inducing places to catch the best shot of us doing so p.s. Ill post some shots of this weekends bellymount experiments JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

"Talinban wingsuit school" is what came to mind when I saw that one Something which kept me up last night; Scott...when you get a new suit..who do you pose with? Liquid eyewear...definately the cool stuff (though the name does remind me of a joke my girlfriend made after I...eem...welll) Cool sunnies..cool suit...yea! JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

That didnt stop you before, did it? JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

We will have two 'chains' of interviews. And each person names the next person to be interviewed. If his name comes up..thats the interview you will see.. JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

Insects have been found at altitudes of 9km (most likely got there by the force of wind instead of on their own power)...(hence the word generaly in my previous post
-
Than you're one extreme mother-f*cker, and you need to start pulling higher, as insects generaly dont venture above 80 to a 100 meters.. JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

On the suits Ive flown (all brands actually) the inflation (combined with wing design) is usually what determines how heavy the arm-strain is.. As the inflated wings use the air/inflation to support the wing, instead of raw muscle strength. Less of an issue on smaller suits, but definately a factor on some of the bigger designs.. I think thats why we're seeing improvements on that aspect in almost every wingsuit on the market. JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?

Side subject, but thats one is a slightly twisted media quote.. Uli is a great flyer (one of the best Id say), but the 5:45 on that jump was the time it took him from exit (14k) till landing. So a good portion of those 5:45 mins is canopy time.. JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
