My most memoriable off landing would have been my first solo off of AFF. I was on the first load of the day getting out last (otter). I ended up on the other side of the train tracks and barb wire fence with tall bushes. I was jumping student gear which was a briefcase type container and my main was a Manta. I almost landed in a tree then a pond. Ended up in grass taller than me. It took me 2 hours to walk back and no one knew I was missing. I don't think a company can offer it to one couple and not another, wouldn't that be discrimination? Before I got married I had my now husband covered as a domestic partner. We are not suppose to be hit til the middle of the night here in Tennessee. They are talking straight line winds or tornado's. I think NSA (national skydiving association) is just another website they made up. They have several listing in say Alabama that all go to the same dz. Also, I heard someone that bought one of these certs and was not told that there was no participating dz in their state. Fight for her. You are not being selfish, your daughters mother is. If you have an arrangment already, she should follow it. By her wanting all the holidays can give your daughter the impression that holidays aren't as important to you. Now, I don't have any kids but my brother as been through several battles with his ex-wife. Usually she would file a restraining order against him during the holidays so he couldn't see the kids until after the court date, which was usually after the holidays.
