Coming soon to an Ex-Russian republic, newly independent country. A new army: "Ukraine plans to build up a powerful military and defence industry including an "army of drones", and this week's state takeovers of privately-held stakes in strategic companies are part of that drive, Ukraine's defence minister said. "We are trying to be like Israel - more independent during the next years," Gee. that means Slim and his dreams of peace...er subjugated countries. May not come true.

Or kidnap your children. To date over 11,000 Ukrainian children have been kidnapped by Putin and his apologists. They even admit it on state RTV. "Russia doesn’t hide the transfer of Ukrainian children but trumpets it on its television propaganda programs, portraying itself as the savior of abandoned children and showing Russians handing teddy bears to Ukrainian boys and girls. Russia’s commissioner for children’s rights, Maria Lvova-Belova, boasted last month that she had adopted a Ukrainian boy, and many of these stolen children seem to have been adopted into Russian families." White blue eyed children are necessary in Putin's Russia to make up for the mixed race children in the republics. Put Putin if fixing that by drafting them as cannon fodder for his new offensive. "On Sept. 21, 2022, amid mounting Russian casualties in Ukraine, President Vladimir Putin declared a “partial mobilization” of the country’s military reservists. Within days, a picture began to emerge of a conscription campaign that had been disproportionately targeting Russia’s ethnic minorities, including the Kalmyks, Buryats, and Tatars. By the time the mobilization concluded at the end of October, military call-ups had reportedly depopulated some non-Slavic villages by as much as 20%."

See Joe's response below. IMO it outweighs stupidity. Unless conservative-religious voters are just lumped into a "stupid" block. One thing that SC has convinced me of. Is the certainty that facts will never trump tribal loyalties. Normally your pessimistic attitude has to be taken with a grain of salt. But a lengthy tough battle lies ahead. On the positive the economy is not as bad as the UK.The government not as bad as Hungary. But neither of those countries has the religious block that the US has. Be positive The US doesn't have Xi, Putin, Orban, or trump. Fuel prices are falling.

Russia is running out of tanks and artillery. They are resorting to more and more infantry attacks. Frequently w/o close artillery or even mortar support. With the largely untrained conscripts leading the way. Consequently Russian casualties are soaring and "refuseniks" becoming more common place.
-
I'll raise you a Slim King and a bunch of other Russian apologists.

trump sure can pick-em.

Both right. I doubt the noise from pipes from a motorcycle to the rear of you are legal. If they can be heard in a car ahead of it.But thats a totally different point.

Hence the need for trump to expand the court with more radical appointees. It seems as if there are traces of judicial responsibility in this court. Except in the case of religion. i.e. Roe v. Wade. Religion in schools.Religion in government. It seems as if judicial biases are selective. Or is it that this court is akin to Rupert Murdoch. They just want trump to move on in politics. Now that everyone is seated appropriately by divine right?
-
Evidently the USSC has stabbed trump in the back. House Dem's will soon be pouring over his tax returns. He sure can pick-em. This means of course if trump wins again. The USSC will be expanded.

One liberal at a time. Calvary is a small hill so room for crucifixion is at a premium.

If there is one thing you can count on with the anti-woke crowd. Is that they are total f*&k-ups. S.C. anti-woke nutjobs excluded of course. Peter Thiel, yeah Elon Musk's pay-pal billionaire buddy. Gave the idiot CEO $50 million to start this nuthouse. “Mr. Neugebauer’s(the CEO) 16,000-square-foot Dallas home, modeled after the White House, became the company’s(the bank in question) initial headquarters. Desks dotted the property’s palatial common areas. Employees who didn’t live in Dallas would often stay in guest bedrooms, where they could sometimes hear Mr. Neugebauer pacing the halls during his 17-hour workdays, according to former employees.” And: “[S]taffers began complaining about what they said were Mr. Neugebauer’s volatile behavior and drinking habits,...‘Several people working at the mansion told me to make sure I leave around 6,’ Ms. Amos wrote in the memo. ‘When I inquired why, they stated that after 5 p.m. Toby starts drinking and things at the house deteriorate quickly.’” The other bank business partner involved in this mess was Nick Ayers, former chief of staff to Mike Pence. Naturally since this is a bank, rabidly conservative, trump has to around somewhere. "Nick Ayers has been a White House chief of staff in waiting. President Donald Trump informally offered Ayers a job as his top aide during a private huddle at an election night party in the White House residence last month. Several White House staff and advisers were within earshot and overheard the conversation, which included First Lady Melania Trump, and its details were described to POLITICO by two people briefed on them."

Good news. If she keeps her promise the republicans no longer have a 218 vote quorum. Unless republicans win another seat as they only have 218 now.

If by cows you mean trump political donators. You'd be right. We should dive into trump's latest scam. "DWAC(Digital World Acquisition Corp.)'s is a SPAC which is aiming to take the former president's tech and social-media platform public in a reverse merger." Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), also known as T Media Tech LLC,[...TMTG intends to use a special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) to facilitate its becoming a publicly-traded company. On October 20, 2021, TMTG and Digital World Acquisition Corp. (DWAC), a publicly-traded SPAC, announced that they had entered into a definitive merger agreement that would combine the two entities, ... DWAC was created with the help of ARC Capital, a Shanghai-based firm specializing in listing Chinese companies on American stock markets that has been a target of SEC investigations for misrepresenting shell corporations.[8][9][10] Some investors were surprised to learn that their investment money was being used to finance a Trump company.[11] In 2021, the DWAC Trump venture was linked with another company, China Yunhong Holdings based in Wuhan, Hubei,[12][13] until its lead banker who was running the merger promised to sever ties with China in December 2021, stating Yunhong was to "dissolve and liquidate".[14][15] In February 2022, Reuters reported that the connection between Shanghai-based ARC Capital and Digital World was more extensive than thought, with ARC having offered money to get the SPAC off the ground.[15]" The entire scam is valued at "Times have changed. Trump, who announced a 2024 bid Tuesday night, has reworked his business, putting it in position to profit from his supporters while insulating it from potential opponents. The shift started with the creation of the Trump Media and Technology Group, the parent company of Trump’s Twitter knockoff, Truth Social. Trump launched the app in May. Four months later, Forbes pegged Trump’s stake in the business at $730 million. It is the largest asset in the former president’s $3.2 billion empire—and it could be worth even more if the former president wields it like a flamethrower in the 2024 race." Unless trump wins. In which case President Xi will value it at whatever trump wants. As long as trump will void the US defense agreement.

So trump won the trumped up vote. Its a good thing that Musk didn't have to make the decision. Especially since his "safety committee" was either fired or quit.

Colonel Vadim Boyko an officer with close links to Putin has committed suicide. He was found" inside his office at the prestigious Makarov Pacific Higher Naval School in Vladivostok " Because there were no hospitals nearby and he never left the base. So no car accidents or hospital windows were handy. Thus he shot himself several times in the back of the head. A monkey will be along shortly to blame the west. For causing the loss of this officer by encouraging Ukraine to defend itself.

1. "Aggressively improve the economy". Current inflation is caused by all the stimulus floating around now. In additions the recently padded "Inflation Reduction Act" has another $430 billion in spending. Ops I meant passed not padded. Padded would be the number of excess programs in it. 2. "Jettison Trump" Scientists have been trying to cure cancer for a century now. Still hasn't happened. 3. "Work with democrats". Thirty years of tribalism is going to just leave Washington? Just like that. DeSantis the GOP front-runner is the politician that banned mask mandates During the pandemic he earned the nickname “DeathSantis”. “Ron’s strength as a politician is that he doesn’t give a fuck,” a Republican consultant who knows him told me. “Ron’s weakness as a politician is that he doesn’t give a fuck" Over the last couple years he has only appeared on FOX less than trump. "His job as governor, he said, was to fight the horsemen of the left: critical race theory, “Faucian dystopia,” uncontrolled immigration, Big Tech, “left-wing oligarchs,” “Soros-funded prosecutors,” transgender athletes, and the “corporate media.” The GOP is like a shark thrown onto the deck of the boat too early. Its got lots of life and will thrash around, bite some, beat up the boat. Today I saw a tweet that indicated which direction they will go: "Hunter Biden's laptop is REAL." Nailed it.

Perhaps a solution in search of a problem? Joe can be a pessimist sometimes.I keep telling Joe that after every storm there is a rainbow. Crypto crash threatens North Korea's stolen funds as it ramps up weapons tests The nosedive in cryptocurrency markets has wiped out millions of dollars in funds stolen by North Korean hackers, four digital investigators say "North Korea has poured resources into stealing cryptocurrencies in recent years, making it a potent hacking threat and leading to one of the largest cryptocurrency heists on record in March, in which almost $615 million was stolen, according to the U.S. Treasury. read more " -
Possibly. But the board should not have struck such an arrangement. This reminds me of the compensation deals that were made with Jack Welch ex. CEO of GE. Jack engineered a massive expansion of GE into every area of business. The growth and profits seemed endless. His compensation rising with it. He was the first to advocate firing 10% of the worst workers every year. To increase efficiency. Then his mega-conglomerate came undone. Because of poor oversight, debt and operations in areas where they had little experience. GE credit lost billions. By the time those money losing operations were undone. Tens of billions in shareholder equity was gone. Widows and orphans who owned GE were destitute. The Man Who Broke Capitalism — did Jack Welch destroy corporate America? Jack Welch had the nickname "Neutron Jack" he invented the management style that Elon is using now. Here is a short read on that style. I see remarkable similarities between Jack and Elon. Even with similar bull market evaluations.

If somebody buys it from you at twice what you paid for it. Then the next person pays twice as much from that person. Then the next..... Isn't that an investment? -
