    The graduating cadets at the United States Military Academy at West Point have gone into a lock-down for two weeks now. No travel, no family visits and no socializing outside their barracks mates. They cannot eat with anyone, run or exercise with anyone outside of their identified barracks. All so trump can give them his idea of a commencement address. For trump to blabber on about how great he is to the military in a setting he himself chose to avoid. Next week Tulsa and the few white rednecks who have signed their rights away. Will have the opportunity to share some good doses of the covid. All while trump is safely hiding behind plexiglass.

    These trump rallies have raised new host of issues. Clearly the whole planning of these rallies is to circumvent social distancing ideas of safety. So should they be applauded for a place of the stupid, the ignorant, the trump supporter. To get exactly what they deserve? Obviously the conductor of these gatherings of fools should get his just reward. Is that appropriate as he could illustrate to the world his personal 'Extraordinary' Health and his hydroxychloroquine solution?

Would be met with rioting at any such discussion to ban their precious AR-15, let alone their high capacity magazine. Personally I oppose the ban as regulations in Canada prior to the ban were very restrictive.

    Agree. Community policing programs where LE officers work hand in hand with trug treatment programs. Safe drug injection sites, Gang-education and alternative programs, etc. have all shown to be very effective. Traditionally conservatives and cops have rejected these ideas. Until they see the results. I have no problems with funding for LE at current levels. But LE has to answer for wrongdoing, answer for concealing the bad cops and answer for poor policing outcomes. Then mesh social programs to address underlying drug, family, alcohol, violence, etc. that drives criminal behaviors. Targeting social or racial groups has to end. Accountability should be at the front of the equation. Not the end or somewhere if you get caught on camera.
