1. 12/29 (eve) to 1/1 (morning) 2 Jump days 9 jumps
2. STOP TEMPTING ME WITH FUN WHEN THERE ARE OTHER THINGS I SHOULD BE DOING!!!! YOU EVIL PEOPLE!
3. OK, you win. Our's was only half as big (3x3), but we held it together for at least 20 secs (maybe 30), so there!
4. What you said is about all she can do. Maybe in addition to the Fraud Alert, she can call or write all three Credit Bureau's and explain the story. Of course, if he is trying to open accounts in her name, the bureau's probably won't be able to tell if it is the ex-bf or some other random malefactor.
5. There was a skydiver at Eloy with two prosthetic legs (from the knee down - but one was a prosthetic knee in addition to the lower leg). VERY impressive.
6. Maybe if you would have actually stopped by the DZ.com tent you would have met her! She was there the last 4 days of the boogie.
7. Yeah, you know they deliberately made that road that way.
8. The most I have ever weighed was 146 right before I turned 20. I wrestled at 103 all 4 years in high school...even though I had to cut 12 pounds my senior year. Then I ate everything in site and started to work out a bunch. 2 years ago, while training for Corporate Challenge (a 3.5 mile run at Chrissy Field - I did it at 6:08 pace), I was down to 126. Now, I'm in the 130-135 range usually, so usually about 155 OTD. I'm not a huge person. My small canopy to date is a Pilot 140 I demoed at the Byron Boogie. Demoed a Safire2-149 at Eloy (PD wasn't there for me to demo a Sabre2-135 as I wanted). Landings are a little speedier at Eloy compared to Byron, but I stood them all up.
9. Ahhh....great picture. It even shows the sperm on the ground betwenn those two jumpers on the right. I saw it from the plane and showed a couple of people, but I think they were slow to figure it out.
10. She just TOLD me that phrase....not anything that may have happened there. I am blissfully ignorant anything that may have gone on in Eloy (well, mostly that is).
11. Thans for the public service announement. Nice to know since I have a MR 150 in my rig. I'm guessing the full thread is even short than a Sabre (e.g. Icarus say how their full flare is a lot lower than a PD product flaring with a lot less input).
12. There really is a lot to check...more time than I'm willing to spend. In general, there are many tips I could give on design, work flow, etc. To make the files more efficient, more automated, readable, etc., but I'd have to charge consulting fees. I did notice that the Activity report for October (and subsequently Nov and Dec) wasn't adding the YTD numbers right. It was referencing only one station instead of the month total. Tell her to check again.
13. Sorry hon, but PD's marketing staff was a bit taxed with one out on maternity leave and another injured. Sometimes there is only so much they can do
14. Yeah, stupid PD. I wanted to demo a Sabre2-135 (or 150).
15. Btw, sorry for not saying bye (as I said in the wrap-up thread). Nice jumping with you. Know how I can get a hold of Sudsy since he deleted his profile? Thanks.
16. Yup, it was great...the two days I was there. I feel like a wimp compared to others since I was only there from the eve of 12/29 to morning of 1/1...still was great. I'm sorry I didn't get to say goodbye to Brandon, Tiffany, Sudsy Steve, Arthur and others. If you are reading this, I'M SORRY! Orchid dropped by while you were not at the DZ.com tent and got all my stuff that I couldn't carry and thus no second trip to get other stuff. I really appreciated being invited out to dinner and on those fun dives. Now I just need some video to help remember them by!
17. Maybe it was that swedish guy who lost his wallet, cc, and other stuff.

SDM.com down?

Looks to be still down...
19. What she said... and you can't deduct HOA dues as an expense. Sux, but that's life.
20. Goleta REPRESENT! If you're into the beachy dinner thing...I'm flexible, so yes, but not always. I probably drove by it yesterday while taking my mom to Starbucks. Just find that frontage road (Coast Village Rd?) that goes through downtown Montecito and keep your eyes open. Never went, but always wanted to go. I heard they have interesting things on the menu (like venison...well not really that unusual). Funny..I've never seen a Freebird's outside of IV. In retrospect, their burritos were never the greatest. Go to Tio Alberto's (if it is still there) a 5 min walk away. I lived in Goleta from 81-93 (growing up) and visit my parents 2x per year (in town at the moment), but have never seen a celeb. People always ask me if I've met any celebs.
21. There is a patch of loan to setup a tent or they sometimes (maybe more like usually) have a couple of rooms in one of the trailers near the hangar that you could maybe get a key stashed beforehand if you let someone know. Call manifest and ask. As my mom says, it never hurts to ask.
