    Beer: It was pointed out that the extra cost for beer is almost superfulous. Food: We need to eat ya know. Some, like Rookie who is flying out, can't exactly bring tons of food with him. There needs to be food to buy at the very least. Aircraft: DEFINITELY agree. One reason why I teased Iwan in the Events thread that it isn't a real boogie w/o a tailgate aircraft.

    Martinis that involve Gin and/or vegetables are disgusting. I think Gin may be the only hard alcohol I won't drink straight. Gin and tonic with lemon ok, but that's about it.

    It was a well mixed drink. Did you see the pictures of its effects? I think I'll use a liitle less of the hard stuff next time though. With Vinnie around, I'll have to hide it anyway I'm a versatile drinker, depending on mood, food and selection. I'm snobbish enough though that I'll switch to water/juice/soda if the alcohol is of a really bad quality.

    For free boogie beer, is Bradley Beer like you get at SkyDance probably the precedent in quality? What other beer is usually provided at boogies?

    On some web page/blog/message board/whatever, someone was saying that a mustache for a man looks gay. I disagree, but it CAN make a man look gay. It just depends on the guy.

    I thought I heard mumblings of this third plane being another King Air, but "overpowered" or something. But could just be a rumor/fault hearing on my part/imagination/etc.

    I jumped Aaron's rig (Icon) with a Pilot 150 Saturday at Byron. All I can say is smoooooooth. It was responsive and very smooth. The glide was a lot flatter than my old Sabre (as GravityGirl warned me). I especially noticed on landind, as I'm used to my Sabre, but I was still able to stand it up easily. It made a great first impression. Back to my original point and the Nitron.. Now just a distant memory. My WL was only around 0.9 with the 170 I jumped, so I can't say much, but now I know that it is a higher performance canopy in general.

    How's this for poetic justice. Late morning, sitting in my chair, I reach up and stretch....and pull a muscle in my back. Much more inconvenient than the little scrape and bruise from the downwinder. I hate my scoliosis ridden back!

    OK guys, what plays mp4's? Can Windows media player? It doesn't list it as a file type (but lists mpegs). Quick time doesn't seem to want to (it "breaks") even though I downloaded an update for it.
