Nice try? Reality is that you assign pronouns and gender to a person on visuals clues alone. I can guarantee you have never asked a person about their genetic makeup before addressing them as he or she. That is reality.

Our biggest fear I think should be the loss of democracy and subsequent threat from our southern neighbours. Even the liberal ones seem to agree that unless countries do exactly what the US want they deserve to suffer, add to that the threat of a GOP majority and second Trump or Trump-like presidency and it is by far the greatest threat to Canada. Sure. And my God this man cannot be in power is not the same as calling for regime change and ok isn't really ok.

Which is completely different from: sorry Ukraine, I know you are suffering, but we want other countries to pay more to our military contractors, so we are not going to intervene. Canada definitely needs to fix its military. Not only spend more, but probably change the toxic culture before just pumping more money into it.

Not disputing that. Disputing that sporting organization have well established rules and regulations around this. NCAA will likely change their regulations again. Athletes have been unable to participate due to sporting organizations being unable to come to agreement whether an athlete is male or female. This continues to be a very contentious issue in sports. Stating that all is fine because sporting events have taken place is rather silly.

There is nothin in that pdf that defines what a male and a female athlete is. The case regarding Caster Semenya for instance took many, many years to come to an "end". Even then it wasn't decided based on a determination of male or female, but a decision around the testosterone levels in the body.

Carl Nichols, one of Clarence Thomas' clerks was more or less pushed through by Trump to become a judge. He has gone on to write an opinion piece that states intimidating Congress by assaulting the building is not really obstruction of an official proceeding... Of course it has always been Republicans complaining about "activist judges".

Yes it is and in my opinion Congress should move to impeachment. However, what we have continuously seen is that especially the Republicans have absolutely no interest to hold "their own" to any account.

I don't think it is a "coincidence" that Hunter's laptop is being brought back just as it comes out that a SC Justice's wife was planning an insurrection with the President's Chief of Staff. And that same SC Justice is the only Justice who voted against making materials available to the Jan 6th committee. I think you have much bigger problems than trying to decide if Hunter Biden made money cause his last name is Biden.
