I will echo this and the comment from sfzombie13 about how easy it is to get a license in North America. The licensing process in Canada (which I understand is not overly dissimilar from the US) is absolutely abysmal. Posted by a guy who had to get his car and motorcycle license in both The Netherlands and Canada.

I have a theory that seeking adrenaline for a high is not very dissimilar from seeking highs from other drugs. Mental health issues are high among those addicted.

Sure, but that is not what I was getting at. The COVID vaccine doesn't protect against SARS or MERS as far as I know. There is no reason to believe the COVID vaccine will be effective against the next version of the coronavirus. Although lessons learned could obviously speed up vaccine development for the next version. SARS pandemic started around November 2002. MERS was first found in April 2012. COVID around January 2020. If this pace continues the next corona-virus outbreak will be around 2026.

And the time frame between the three corona virus outbreaks has been shortening, which doesn't bode well for future outbreaks.

I have more sympathy for people having violent outbursts because they feel they are being systemically targeted by government forces than those who have violent outbursts because they believe they government is being controlled by people drinking the blood of children.

Wealth most certainly helps to start generating income. For whom would it be easier to start generating income by being an Owner/Operator trucker? John who has no wealth and no income. Jack who has $500,000 of equity in his house and no income.
