With the fast majority of that being replacing existing structures. I think about 80 miles of new wall was built. I am sure the tunnels under the old structures won't be effective against the new structures.

Biden didn't say he was tearing down the few pieces that were built, so if this was true, it should still hold true. Thought if I am to believe every Republican politician who went to the border, this isn't true at all. So was the DHS lying when they said this, or are those republican politicians lying now?

Not a comparison, you can disagree with people, cultural norms, etc without being scared of them. This might just blow your mind, but there are many Muslims who disagree with the treatment of other people in Muslim countries. Yet somehow they are not afraid of themselves.

See how quickly you dismiss the idea of even looking at yourself and are relying on other people to tell you. That is why systemic racism is so incredibly difficult to change. You aren't even willing to consider it exists, while at the same time demanding to know why it wasn't changed.

Ok, I'll try. Your argument started here, with the following statement: It implies that without the 2nd the country would devolve into China or Russia. In response gowlerk responded that Canada has managed not to devolve into China and Russia and that Canada does not have a 2nd amendment or similar language. In other words, Canada proves that without a right to bear arms, a country does not devolve into China or Russia. In response to that you said, but Canada has a privilege that can be taken away. The US has a right. Which I fully agree with, but that proves again that a right to bear arms doesn't have to exists to protect against devolving into China or Russia. Lastly, I will add a new point to your argument. Other than the US there are 2 countries left with a constitutional right to bear arms: Mexico and Guatemala....

Because that doesn't address the argument you were making before, which was that without the 2nd Amendment America would devolve into China or Russia. Fully agree with what you are posting above, but that also shows your previous argument to be false.

The Dutch police department's policy is to aim for the legs unless there is "noodweer", which is defined more or less as immediate lethal danger for officer or member of the public. Question is of course remains if being potentially stabbed is considered immediate lethal danger. I have posed the question to a Dutch officer. Outlined here, though you will need to translate from Dutch.

Here the answer is always that if you are going to shoot, you shoot to kill. I have a family member in the Dutch police who has told me many times their firearms training does not take that approach.
