first few freefall jumps I found that I had a sore back but discovered that I was trying too hard to get a big arch. When I just relaxed and when with the flow it all came together and the pain went and my stability and control increased dramatically. I would agree completly, when I did my first jumps, I arched really hard, and my shoulders, back, neck, butt, everything hurt. I was very tense out of the door, but after a few more jumps (and a little tunnel time) I learned to relax into my arch. I use to practice on the floor too, and Yes it does hurt your body. My suggestion, if you want to practice...do half your body at a time. Practice leg position, without doing a full arch, use a chair/couch to simulate what it feels like to have air pressure on your toes. Then do the top half of your body, arm position, and turns, then put them together in the sky (practicing on the ground is just to build muscle memory) Muff Brother 3723

Vincent Cassel is hot! I loved him in Oceans Twelve! That part with the sensors was cool as hell! He looks very physically fit, it wouldn't surprise me if he has a skydiver. I heard that Wessly Snipes learned to skydive for DropZone. And Ice-T skydives at the Ranch in NY. Muff Brother 3723

I was at work (few years ago) and we heard a terrible cracking sound, went out to see what it was, a guy on a motorcycle was doing 90+ mph around a turn with a posted speed of 15 mph, he ended up flying the bike into the woods, and the cracking was his body against the trees! Needless to say he got to wear a pretty yellow bag! STUPID! Muff Brother 3723 -

My husband has only made 2 tandem jumps in the last 3 years, so far he is supportive of me jumping, but I know he gets bored when I'm away. I think dating a non-skydiver can be done, it just depends on the patience, trust and support from the wuffo. If they ever want you to choose, I don't know a single skydiver that would choose their rig over their SO Muff Brother 3723

I just wanted to say that Skydiver's are some of the most generous and giving people I have ever met! They amaze me every time with their giving, everything from a beer, or food, to a jump ticket, or a place to sleep! We are a family through a common thread, and its nice to know that my family will help me and take care of me, without me even asking. If you have a cool story of how someone did something special for you please share

I have never been able to hold a grudge, I would stay mad at someone, then a while would pass and I would remember that I was mad but not the reason why! If I did remember why, it made me feel foolish for staying mad over something so stupid

I would let it go, but I'm the type who doesn't hold on to anger for more then a day. If something happens it will eat at me all day (really sucks when it happens in the morning) but by the next day, "water off a ducks back", Why stay angry? In the long run you will probebly come to realize (not knowing the specific situation) that it was trivial and silly, you get over it move on, and let it go. JMHO Muff Brother 3723

Same here, I think the Rhogam shot expires, I used to carry mine in my wallet, but chucked it when I knew I wouldn't have anymore kids
