Take a packing class, even as a student you can benifit from understanding how your chute is packed, and ways not to create malfunctions. I took a class between my level 4 and level 5 jumps, and on my level 5 I jumped myown packjob! It was worth it, and I don't have to worry about doing it for my lisence. Muff Brother 3723 -
I have a friend who has like 3000 plus jumps, he's old school static line. He wants me to buy his brother's harness (minus the main) and reserve. I said, how do I even know if it will fit me properly. The price seemed like a good deal, but I know that I am just not ready and there will always be a 'deal'. Thanks for your help John!

I definatly feel like there is more information (harness sizes, collapseable parts, removable parts, etc.) that I just have no clue about. I am gathering info to and oppinions to try to get a better understanding of different canopies and manufacterers. Muff Brother 3723

If you had a helmet with speakers, would you use a dittyr? I personally find the rushing air, like a soothing 'white' noise, it helps me keep focused on what I'm doing and music would only distract me. Muff Brother 3723

I am a new skydiver, just off AFF. I have started to look at gear, but I don't really understand the difference between manufacturers and what an appropriate size canopy is. During AFF I jumped with a 240 main, performance wise, if I tried a 200, would I really notice? Any help would be appreciated. Muff Brother 3723
