Last night I went to bed with a T-shirt and panties on, I woke up at 3 am, freezing! Then it occured to me I took my shirt off, now I have no recollection of doing this or being hot or uncomfortable! Same here! I went into flat spins on level 4 (not fun!), did 15 minutes of tunnel time and learned to relax and have fun! Remeber fun? Next time your in the plane, look out the window and think about how beautiful that is going to look from the outside, especially if there are some fluffy white clouds, and get out, enjoy the view and find that happy place that allows you to relax, and stable will come! First Tandem clothing for student?

At my dz, tandems weren't given jumpsuits to wear, so don't wear anything that you care about if it gets dirty! Don't wear boots, and jeans can sometimes pinch things (like thighs, and if your a guy...), I suggest a comfy pair of pants, long sleeve T-shirt, and comfy sneakers. And enjoy the experience and have fun!!! Muff Brother 3723
