    Two full days - I drank an entire bottle of cheap tequila. Swore off that stuff for a long long time. Didin't drink a drop for about a month after that. Easy Does It

    After I got over the initial psychosis that you go through when you start jumping, I don't talk about it much to whuffos anymore either. I just recently cracked a couple bones in my left ankle on a landing, and they ask me if I plan to jump again after I heal. WHen I tell them "Yes" I get some real stupid looks and comments.     Slept pretty good, I'm up at 8:00 am before anyone else in the house- Got lots to do, cuz tonite is the Sky Knights Christmas party and I'm obligated to go have mad fun tonight. I wonder if it's possible for a guy with a broken leg in a wheel chair to get lucky!!?? Time for some coffee and go get my hair trimmed a bit! Easy Does It

    Yeah I get that when people ask how I got hurt - I tell them I did ot skydiving and they ask if I'm going to get back in the saddle - When I tell them "Hell yeah, why wouldn't I?" I get some funny looks sometimes. Easy Does It

    Doc made it clear I'm not to put any weight on it until the cast comes off the 22nd of this month. Since I really want to make as full a recovery as I can, I'm going to listen! Yeah - Time is going by SO slowly. Cool thing is I just got a bonus check from work. I can pay my bills this month! WooHoo! Should establish a "Titanium Brotherhood/Sisterhood" or something, for skydivers with shydiving-related hardware installed? Just an idea - ! Easy Does It

    Don't know - I know they like using aircraft in Ohio and several other states. I liked one speed trap I saw in NY near Syracuse - I-81 if I remember right- The state troopers had an old van in the median with the hood propped open - near an overpass at an interchange. Officer Friendly was inside with a handheld radar gun and radio. The interceptors where lined up on the on-ramps in both directions. I heard it was a busy day for 'em that day. Easy Does It

    None of your tickets were within 12 months of each other, either. I started racking up a few moving violations here a few years ago and got a nice letter from the DMV letting me know if I continued I'd be losing my privileges. I got wise real quick! Easy Does It

    He did the crime, now he's gotta do the time!! I got clocked at 92 in a 55 when I was a kid. I was damn lucky I wasn't arrested on the spot. The New York State trooper had chased me for 10 miles (so he said-) Needless to say, he was pissed. I deserved what I got - a $110.00 ticket, six months "probation" (any traffic violation would have suspended my license and possibly landed me in jail for a month) but what hurt most was paying $1200 a year for insurance on a car that wasn't worth $600. I can only imagine what this guy's insurance bill is gonna be, once he gets his license back! Easy Does It
