I've been jumping my Z-1 year-round for three years now - No real problems to speak of. No complaints. I like the visor system. I have to have one that will open easily. Like most skydiving helemts they aren't much more than a bump hat. Easy Does It

OK - I've been laid up since November 13 with a broken ankle. Since I'm done working on college stuff now, (whole 'nuther story) I just started thinking about skydiving goals for next year. My tenative list - Not hard and fast, just what I'd like to accomplish, in no particular order. -Finish healing and get back in the air. -Take Scott Miller's canopy course. (This has been on my list the last two years, now it's time I make it a higher priority.) -Go to Orlando for an hour or so in the tunnel and visit Z-hills. -Compete in the MWSL 4-way league. (I've already gotten invites to join teams!) -Coach newbies like crazy. -Earn Static line and/or AFF ratings. -Make at least 200 jumps. -Attend at least 1 "big" boogie. If I get half of this done, I'll consider it a good year. So what are YOU planning for next year? Easy Does It -
Personally. I would reccommend he have some coverage - If I weren't insured, this last injury I had (broken ankle-) would have cost me at least 16 thousand. If not for insurance through my employer, I'd be selling alot of stuff to pay the bill. Easy Does It

Just got off the phone with Ankie at Wings - My new container is shipping - Just in time for Christmas. I get my cast off on the 22nd. Hopefully I'll be back in the air shortly thereafter, and I can start trying that freeflying thing everyone is talking about. (My old Racer doesn't tolerate that stuff well.)
