    Because the Hills saves me traveling, I consider it a surrogate home, tons of people I learned to jump with flock down for the holidays, Galen will be there, Kris is dragging his purple ass down there, MEAD, the best HOT DZ showers ever, the Finns, indoor fireworks.... __

    in my experiences at cross keys, beer light time was almost like a mosh pit! as soon as the magic light came on, pizzas appeared from manifest, and cases of beer came out of no where. IT was like a stampede following the bearers of pizza. There was always WAY too much beer for a simple fridge. Kramer described ZHills pretty well. __

    There were 7 in my ground school class. I still jump, I'm aware of one girl who I believe still jumps at SD Long Island and graduated AFF about 6 months after I did, two other guys jump very infrequently but did continue and graduate, got licensed/gear, etc. THe other three weren't even permitted to DO an AFF Jump. They couldn't pass the test in 3 tries and didn't really prove competent to jump alone. I think they did tandems and perhaps took up bowling. __

    have you ever met JRaf? he'll be aroudn as well. He's taking suggestions for "dumb things to do when drunk." Doesn't matter how outlandish they are, he'll do it. Start brainstorming. last time he stripped naked and galavanted through the pond (it was 20 degrees outside and the pond was full of nastiness), then drove his rover through it, getting it stuck and breaking off the key in the ignition. he's going ot beat that this time. __

    I'll be arriving Friday evening the 28th. UNfortunately I have to work and didn't get a 4 day weekend. booo. But I will have Dagny in tow. Sounds, like a new malfunction, doesn't it? __

    The part I disagree with in this is that the skyride folks have bought out other URLS, such as "skydive Philadelphia", which DOES detract from business the local DZ could get. Skyride is NOT a DZ, and shold not advertise to be one. The customer, thinking they will skydive in Philly, calls the number, buys a jump through a non-DZ and is referred to cross keys or the likes. It's false advertising in my eyes and IS detracting from teh normal business the local DZs would get. Just my 2 cents. __

    just a general comment on Tmobile. Service is generally good.... if you're in or around a city. driving on backroads to get to a DZ in bumbletown? You won't get good service. __

    that stuff's rare brew here in palm beach. BUT i make my own by taking a simple lager and running it through my BRita a few times. __

    ZHills has a rocking holiday boogie as well. ZHills is about 30 mins or so from Tampa International apt (FL). warm weather, camping friendly, Janine whips up a sweet dinner each night, 4-5 RW organizers and freaks too, CRW dogs, killer swoop pond and all twin otters for planes. __
