whenever i see a rig with the stripes like that, i think "oh no! the factory messed up someone's new rig!" just looks odd to me. but to each their own. i do like the yellow pinstriping. __

if you are a bad girlfriend, i'd DEFINITELY not recommend going as the tandem passenger-learning dummy.

i paid my $15 every year at cross keys. Have you SEEN the amount of new planes that have pulled into that place in the last 2 years??!! I like to think that I own a seat in the Otter/Skyvan/Caravans/Porter/BiPlane/Chopper, or maybe even a seat or a window. Ordering pizza and buying a 6 pack costs more than 15$.

i did mine through pointbuster.com which has a link to CA tickets on it. Every state is a little different, so I'd look in teh phone book under traffic schools. my yellow pages had a lot of listings on there. __

been there, done that, got my diploma. it's a breeze, at least the FL ones are. yo open up a web page with some reading, that page has to remain open for a set amount of time, yo go do laundry or something... come back and you answer a few questions, on to chapter 2. etc etc. altogether i think it takes about 3-4 hours. I actually did the traffic school before paying the fine, took the certificate with me to pay and the fines are discounted, also no points on your record. __

ah, my buddy got me wasted and made me drive him to the ranch from manhatten. at 3 AM. ended up being great fun!

shoo goo doesn't dry brittle. it dries like a rubbery coating. It will wear down over time, so goo-ing has to be redone every season or so, depending on how often you jump.

shoe goo can be found at a local target, walmart, kmart, etc. what you want to do is put shoes in the booties and hang the legs over a chair or something so they dn't touch the ground. coat the sole and seams connecting the sole with the cordura/fabric part. don't use too much or it will run and glob up. let it dry overnight with shoes in the booties (will hold a better shape), preferably out on a balcony or porch as the smell is strong.

I did one at about 300 jumps. Hoever, all 300 of my jumps had primarily been at that DZ< i was staff, and those 300 jumps had pretty much been within a year's period. I'd been training 4 way and had some tunnel and was an eyes open enough flyer to make some judgment calls. I was able to dock on the tandem, we geeked hte video a little and tracked like a banshee to get the hell out of there.

I dunno. Estella reminded me of a big 6 year old in her vocabulary and her voice. ugh. that and she had some hideous facial expressions and never looked happy.

easy! you come to turkey dinner at my friend dan's house in lake worth. I spent last christmas by myself. no one i know is spending a holiday alone if they are within driving distance. skydivers are never without friends.

since i wrecked my car, nothing. Those nice mechanics cleaned it out for me and not a spot of dirt, the only thing left on the floor was a skydive deland pen. before that? sleeping bag, tent, fold out cot, camping chair, camping bedding, log books, pens, music stands, guitar ina gig bag, big citronella candle, music book, CDs, 2 wetsuits, a weight belt and lead shots, parking passes for various hospitals and nursing homes and an umbrella. I had soem old mini blinds in the trunk. they wouldn't fit in the back seat. __

when i do drink coffee i put so much creamer and sugar in it that it hardly qualifies as coffee. I'd rather just have some water or juice in teh morning most days, esp when it's warm out. Now galen on the other hand.... it's definitely a major food group. __

i won't be there on the 27th, but i will be there on the saturday for 16 way and want to do that... Seems like everyone teamed up a while ago though. If scotty is doing 16 way let me iknow! i'll even wear a silly hat... __
