teh tunnel (skyventure) is definitely worth it. I'm a bit of an addict. It's amazing what you can learn in even one 2 minute go in there. SKyventure has mirrors up by the video camera to watch body position, etc etc... I recommend going with a coach, skyventure has some on staff I believe. I'll be there Friday (again)

Skydive Sebastian. Right now a caravan, because we are being generous and lettign cross keys have our planes for the summer. soon enough they will be back, super skyvan, super otter.

no yuppie for me. my car is not a yuppie car, nor do i make enough $$ i'm sure. i get a free cutaway handle now, so i have an extra in case of losing one!! it pays to have people who can't spell doing your embroidery. too bad they didn't mis spell "Odyssey".....

yep gotta wait till saturday. flying in the tunnel with my finally fixed suit (booties were way too big) and gonna jump sat and sunday @ sebastian. yahoooo!!!

i got a new reserve, my 175 wasn't gonna cram into that thing (PD 126) but as for a main i'm currently happy with my jedei. got the new container b/c of my 136 was too small for the J2 and was not safe in a 2 out situation with a 175. and of course because the old rig just didn't match my suits.

my new baby just showed up at my door, I'm still wearing it. this thing is so comfortable I love it!!! too bad sunpath spelled my name wrong on the cutaway!!!! they're gonna fix it though. attached 4 pics, the last is my favorite, the new one next to the old J2. it's so tiny....

I have 550 jumps and am loading my main (jedei) at 1.33 plenty of speed for me at this time, thanks.

1 bonus check from work:2:0 no beer yet. the package i thought was my new rig was NOT when i picked it up. my reserve was packed friday and the rig is on its way now. next weekend i'll get to jump it.....

there weren't too many newbies around the DZ on saturday. a group of regulars were jumping otgether doing from 4-8 ways depending on who was around. a newer jumper was looking for people to jump with so we invited him into our group. at that point it was a 6 way. all our dives were pretty much just fun, freeflown exits into easy first points, no big deal. the look on teh newbies face when we invited him was teh biggest smile. he not only learned what to do on a freeflown exit (kept wanting to take grips), but learned a little more about flying with others. while he went low and didn't make it into the 6way, that really didn't matter. very heads up about keeping us in sight, being safe in the air, and now is a lot more aware of what to do in the air with others. Showed him some things abotu exiting that may help him out, and explained the hugging the beach abll, don't look up/look to the side concept. he was really grateful for us inviting him and all helpful criticism.

I learned last year that the tappan zee bridge will NOT take you to Queens. or at least not in under 5 hours.
