I'm at just over three months. I fucking rock the casbah! Here's a story for my fellow ex-smokers: I had a REALLY fucking stressful day last week, and I became obsessed with thoughts of smoking. Before I could stop myself, I'd bought a pack. Hands trembling, I put one in my mouth, lit it, inhaled...and smoked a third of it before I flicked it off into the distance cause it tasted like hammered crap. So, I guess I'm really and truly done! Actually, I think "chai" is the hebrew word for "life..." In any case, it's a frocking good beverage. I don't like to get it anywhere mainstream like Starbucks, though, because although they have it, it's waaaaaaaaay too sweet. I like my chai milky with the barest hint of honey. Coffee -- no sugar, just a LOT of milk. Or if I'm feeling extravagant, half-and-half.
