For conditioning, when I'm not lazy and on the point of burnout, I stole this from the japanese wrestlers - Take a deck of ordinary playing cards. For each suit choose from: squats, pushups, situps, starjumps or back bridges. Shuffle the deck, leave in the jokers. To start remove picture cards. When you get comfy put them back.
