  1. No, this is not always applicable under certain circumstances to individuals with the proper certification such as EMT's Para Medics and rescue teams, etc...Establishing Normal Saline flow via intaveneous methods is common in most cases... It may be standard, but it is standard as a standing order from medical direction, being done as an extension of a medical director's license. An EMT or Paramedic without medical direction and protocols is extremely limited in what they can legally do. Same thing with O2. People forget that Oxygen is a drug. O2 is provided all the time, but it is done so as a standing order from medical direction. That said, I'd rather be in court for breaking rules and saving a life than attending a funeral. 2. hehe...I know how you feel. I had to laugh at myself a couple days back when I was thinking about my holiday plans and was trying to find a jacket I could take because it would be a lot colder up in Atlanta. I can't even imagine going through a northern winter any more. Snowing in Nebraska when up there for work in May was all the winter I need for another decade. Killing threads since 2004.
  3. My little bro got them and it changed a lot! My parents were having a horrible time with him, he was ignoring them, ignoring teachers, etc. It was all blamed on a bad attitude, etc. until someone eventually questioned whether he could even hear the people he was ignoring. He had so much drainage, etc. that he just couldn't hear. Post tubes was a whole different world. Killing threads since 2004.
  4. I had a couple of those this past summer. Never saw any more, though all I get is spam even though I have never used this address for anything. Killing threads since 2004.

  6. Congrats chica! Awesome news! Killing threads since 2004.
  7. I really don't take the time often enough to consider how lucky I am to absolutely LOVE my job. While it is often strenuous and tiring, it's a rare moment that actually feels like work. The two pics below are how I spent today. Killing threads since 2004.
  8. Yup, I can open a program and do it, no problem with that. I'm just wondering about the "on-the-fly" option with just a click. Killing threads since 2004.
  9. Wooops, somebody is sending artificially enhanced pictures to someone he just met online .... Use the stretch, expand functions and apply Cialis or Viagra filters. Don't forget, if the picture remains resized for more than four hours, call a Dr., as it may be a sign of bad yuyu. Hope this helps! Nah, I've already got my library of those pics "adjusted" and saved. Killing threads since 2004.
  10. I recall in Windows there is an add-on tool that will let you resize a photo from the right click menu. Any such feature available for Mac that anyone knows about? I can open the photos up in a program and do it, just wondering if there is a similar 1 or 2 click option. Killing threads since 2004.
  11. 2.5) Check to make sure "she" is really a she. 3) double-bagging it. If she's cute enough to get that far with, just roll he/r over hehe...and then go with the "I'm not gay, I don't receive" line? Killing threads since 2004.
  12. I'm just happy that the big game should be a good one this year. I'm tired of watching Ohio State get walked all over. Killing threads since 2004.
  13. Sweet! I just filled up for $1.47 here in Texas a few hours south of Houston. Another hour south they've been about 10 to 12 cents cheaper than us. I've got a hell of a road trip planned if we hit $1.00. Killing threads since 2004.
  14. Quite possibly the most important post of the evening. Killing threads since 2004.
  15. Hehe...not a bad idea, but at least when I lived in Florida ice skating was a little hard to come by! Killing threads since 2004.

  17. Yes, What, not Why. Gotta give me a little bit of credit here! Ah ha, a grocery store makes a bit more sense. I was thinking that $1,600 worth of six-packs and candy bars was a bit excessive. Killing threads since 2004.
  18. WTF are you spending so much on at a quickie-mart? Killing threads since 2004.
  19. It has been out for some of the major cities for several years. My neighborhood in NYC was available before I moved away in 2004. Haven't looked at any smaller towns, but the detail is quite impressive in the larger cities. Killing threads since 2004.

    butt itch

I had the same thought. Had one 4 years ago and I started out thinking it was just an itchy bug bite, but it never went away and eventually got pretty painful. Let it go until it opened up on its own and got infected. The result was not an experience I care to repeat. Killing threads since 2004.
  21. Thank you Brandy. My thoughts are with Lee's whole family. The family by blood and marriage of course, but also all of us he made feel like family with the first hello and big mischievous grin. Killing threads since 2004.
  22. And none of that piss beer either! Make it a Newcastle or something else especially tasty! Killing threads since 2004.
  23. And you'll probably be done in 2 hours and 55 minutes. I'm about a month short of 1 year since my surgery and am still amazed. I had hoped my night vision would continue to clear up but it's still a little on the fuzzy side, but still better than it was prior. My roommate that picked me up marvaled that he didn't even get through a chapter in his book in the time it took them to complete the surgery. Killing threads since 2004.
  24. I did exactly that numerous times. Maybe my falling object wasn't big enough. It shoots it up but not quite far enough. I'll have to get back to it! Killing threads since 2004.
