This year I wish I had had: 1. a sweatshirt....it got freakin cold at night. This is NOT normal for Illinois in August.... 2. sunscreen that I used....i brought it....dumb girl 3. digital camera 4. pull-up cords....I swear someone stole mine out of my rig......come on...'fess up.... I think I brought everything else I needed...I loved having the folding camp chairs in the tent, air mattress, cooler. I wish we had used the cooler better....oh well... Anne ~Anne I'm a Doll!!!!

Ok..I'll play..... 1. I got a 790 on my math SAT (dammit...800 is perfect!) 2. I have a degree in Nuclear chemistry, a double minor in philosophy and photography and I teach high school Algebra. 3. Elemental sodium is my favorite toy. 4. I hate to clean my own place...but will gladly do someone else's dishes...laundry...or clean their toilet.... 5. I have three nipples. 6. I have titanium plates in my head. 7. I love to buy children picture books. 8. I left MIT because they do not have an education department. That is all for now.... Anne ~Anne I'm a Doll!!!!

Marcus, honey... I would like to hearby publicaly, formally and humbly apologize for giving you any grief about falling off the ambulance and hurting yourself. At least when YOU fell and hurt yourself, it was from a height of four plus feet. Yes....today I slipped on the tile at work...and hurt my wrist. Way more embarrassing than falling four feet and being injured! (Now do I get sympathy???) ~Anne I'm a Doll!!!!

I gotta tell you Clay, I didn't discuss my sex in a pool plan with him.....I mentioned it to a girlfriend of mine, but somehow it didn't come up in converstaion with my dad...... Although Marc and I did have a beer with my dad right before swimming. Then we returned to my parents' house after swimming...... ~Anne I'm a Doll!!!!

Go under "edit profile" Then to "Display settings" For Central daylight time I had to add two hours..so if you are on the east coast it should be just plus one....that should fix things! Anne

Welcome Back, Rob! I just want to tell you that very few people surprise me in such a positive way. I really enjoyed my time with you. Even without the WEdnesday night fiasco, I admire who you are and what you believe in. I am SOOOO glad I got a chance to meet you and jump with you. I am looking forward to our paths crossing again. Mullin'w King Air 6. first time signing an autograph 7. sex in a tent outside (ok...not skydiving related, but SOOOOOO worth the case.....) I really enjoyed meeting all the DZ.commers....especially Rhino, Phree, Jess, Bytch, Clay, Rev. Jim, Goofy.....sorry if I forgot anyone! I thought Rantoul would be great....I SADLY underestimated how great.....GET THERE NHEXT YEAR!!!!

I agree completely......I have always worn mine hanging to the left....I never take my necklace off (really....never), but if I did I would have to put it back on the same way.....superstition, I suppose! Anne

I was at my parent's house packing my canopy the other day (they have a big carpeted basement). Halfway thru I noticed that I had several broken rubber bands....You know the feeling....and my gear bag was in my car.... I go upstairs cursing about rubber bands...My dad offered me some from his desk. I patiently explained that the one we use are smaller and thicker. I ran out and got some and showed them to him. Keep in mind that thsi is the FIRST bit of interest my father has shown in skydiving. So I go back downstairs and finish packing. When i came back up my father was sitting right where I had left him and he asked...... "You mean when you open your parachute you have to fumble around with rubber bands?" Priceless.....truly priceless. Anne ~Anne I'm a Doll!!!!

Hey Michele.... I just wanted to give you a ((((hug)))) of encouragement.... Remember that it took me 70 some-odd jumps to learn to land on my feet. The best advise I ever got was to stop looking at the horizon and scan from side to side....it seemed to help me. I WAS the faceplant queen....then I passed my title along to Canopycudler....now she has passed it along to Christina.... You will figure this out....and you will laugh about it. Then you will try to help the next faceplanter that comes along....that is the great thing about our sport! Anyway....keep trying and keep writing your beautiful stories.... Anne ~Anne I'm a Doll!!!!

I noticed the other day that my garage door was missing a nut on the arm the attaches it to the ceiling....That SHOULD have been my first clue. I continued to use the door.....until finally the track broke, some of the wheels started popping off, the whole door shifted to the west,....etc. Then Medic noticed that the only thing holding the door up was its attachment to the garage door opener. To save my opener, he disconnected the door....and..... BOOM....down came the entire door. Thankfully I knew that was going to happen so I was out of the way and he has good enough reflexes to jump out of the way. So now my garage door is on my garage floor. I think I just saw my jet money vanish.....but I sure am glad that I have already paid registration and for a helicopter jump!!!! I am heading to rantoul a bit poorer....but I will be there none the less! ~Anne I'm a Doll!!!!
