I think sake works best with food, rather than as a drink on its own. I don't know enough to talk about the various types, but niigiro sake (unrefined sake) is delicious.

This is a safer way of doing it. Having your hands out of your toggles isn't a great idea, because it reduces your maneuverability, and if someone else isn't paying attention you could end up in/near a canopy collision. -
I'm sure you know this, but for everyone else, it's worth noting that non-Signature-series Samurais are manufactured by PD.
