    You may already be doing this, but: Menu locations based on v7 Click on File | Save For Web. In the resultant dialog, click on the Image Size tab (to the right). Adjust the size to 65x75 and click on apply. Ensure that you've got the JPEG High profile selected. Playing around, it seems pretty hard to get a 65x75 JPG over 10KB in size. However, if you've got a potential avatar that's very rich in detail, you can decrease the quality slider. If you keep hitting problems, email the photo to me and I'll do it for you .

    It's got absolutely nothing to do with the use or otherwise of a full-face. It's a simple physiological issue: if your lungs are full of air and you've tensed up, you're not going to be able to breathe. Solution: breathe out, using one of Bev's suggestions.
