I learned to drive in CA. Driving in FL was easy in comparison. You wanna see some really bad drivers? Go to Georgia. Yes! I got a witness. Thank You! As one who was trained from Learner's Permit age in the fine art of vehicular combat on the unforgiving expressways of Miami, I must say you are correct. "It" (i.e. the persons performing these feats) is not the tourists. The tourists are just the ones in our f*cking way!!!
