Nah, we're only kidding. We actually like the yanks, its people from Joburg nobody can stand. Always thinking they talk/walk/eat/think/work faster than anybody else. Then they come down to the Cape on holiday, drive like total cunts and wonder why everybody hates them. Yep, forget Osama, the yanks and people who can't spell - Joburgers, now they are the real enemy!

Worst I saw was on a domestic flight in the states. A couple were so obese that they purposely booked the window and aisle seats (they knew they were too obese to sit next to each other). One of my friends was lucky enough to get the seat in the middle of them, they both overflowed onto him... Equally disturbing was their little son, couldn't have been older than 5 but was already obese.

Sounds to me like what you went through was more sensory overload than it was a 'black-out'. With time (and more jumps) this will grow less and less until you feel confident and are more 'awake' throughout the exit. Considering how few jumps you have it sounds like you did well and fixed your problem (just remember : pull, pull at correct altitude, pull when stable - in that order). Good luck with the rejump!

I have the new FF2, it has the swivel lid. The FFX doesn't have the swivel lid. If you check their site, the FF2 pics quite clearly show the swivel lid. I like the helmet, but the chin-cup that came with it was really crap so I had to shell out for a Bonehead chincup. My next helmet will probably be a Bonehead flat top pro. Will

Best gloves I've seen are showjumping gloves. They are made of really thin leather (so rider can still get *feel* from the reins), are very tight and really warm - ideal for skydiving. They're not cheap but seem a good option. Will
