I heard she was framed... -
Nope, I meant he wants to be president (but isn't quite up to the job).

There are lots of terrorist countries in the world, why pick Iraq to invade? Libya had as little to do with 911 as Iraq, why not invade them? Bush reckons he's got carte blanche, fuck the rest of the world he's got a game of Risk to finish...

I hear all the dwarves asked for enlargements... -
Every civilian killed (aka 'collateral damage') in Iraq by an American or British bomb will have friends and family who might not *like* us. Good luck explaining to them that their friends/family were better off dying from a friendly bomb than an evil dictator. The impression I've got is that Bush wants his High Noon no matter what, he is wearing his white stetson and he's going in to settle a score. He's gonna finish what his daddy done started...

"Jessica" makes me think of "angry hose beast with gimp for boyfriend", weird huh?

LMFAO Do you truly believe Bill has 'narrow focus'? Unbelievable. I've fallen out with him once or twice in the past but have never got this impression. There are quite a few self-important types on this forum who would bounce if they ever had to jump from their egos to their IQs. I reckon the opposite is true of Billvon. Will

Yep, and if he was around he would know I preferred poodles, it was Clay with the sheep thing....
-
But don't worry, it wasn't Clay!!!

The overwhelming majority of people in the UK (and Spain and Italy for that matter) are against going to war without UN backing. Perhaps you've heard of this little thing called WWII? Personally I'd prefer not to have to live through a sequel (or not as the case may be...). And I don't think rushing into this war will prevent terror attacks from happening again, in fact I think it will precipitate them. G'night, I'll catch up tomorrow morning.

The people who need the help are too busy dying to be doing any whining. The people who should be farming the lands are now too weak from HIV-related illnesses to work the lands, so now even those lucky enough not to be HIV-positive still get to starve. Over 5000 people are dying from HIV-related illness in Africa every single day. Reading through this thread there seems to be a lot of thinly veiled race and religious bigotry (Muslims/Arabs). Glad to hear Fortress USA is going to be kicking some raghead camel jockey butt no matter what the rest of the world thinks.... Sad times indeed.

Hell, if DJL had an IQ lower than room temperature and managed to get himself elected president I'm sure he'd be getting a bit of stick too...

Not to be a total dick here, but couldn't you two have had this little chit-chat via PM? Why clutter up these forums with off-topic personal chatting. The Grinch

I am South African, I live in the UK - where would I rather live : Sweden or Australia. Why? space, friendly laid-back people, good weather (Sweden has good summers, go snowboarding in winter), both are good countries to raise a family in. Will

Yeah, I learnt that if you don't keep your arms symmetrical when you pull, and then allow a wing to inflate, there is a chance you *might* put yourself in line-twists... (I also learnt that doing your EPs with loops over your thumbs can result in your thumbs being bent back a bit) Will PS this was on a Symbi camerasuit (big wings)

No worries man. Anyway with the tunnel opening up here in the UK (plus all the others in the states) I think it should become a bit easier for those who haven't booked in advance to get some tunnel time. Will

As long as they are buying the beer and not talking too much, I suppose I can tolerate them... Then again, if I can skydive with Canadians I guess I am willing to tolerate just about anybody...

Look at the bigger picture : a lot of people fly to Florida specifically to do training in the tunnel. This means more business for airlines, car-hire, hotels etc. If it wasn't for the tunnel those people would probably not be in Florida. It makes sense for Skyventure to target skydivers as their nr.1 potential customers and the tunnel has brought a LOT of money into the area/state/country from visiting foreign teams. Then of course there is the new work it provided for people already established in the sport. The freefly guys from Sebastian, Majik, Airspeed, XL etc. have all been able to earn some money while improving peoples' skills (and their own!). Sorry, but I am biased towards the skydivers. I hope the second tunnel can accommodate more tourists. Also, Skyventure tunnels opening around the world will mean less demand from foreign skydivers for tunnel-time in Orlando. But will I lose any sleep over whuffos who couldn't get any tunnel-time because they didn't know they had to book? Not really - there are plenty of DZs in Florida where they can go do a tandem instead.... Will

Quite a few teams fly from very far away to get coaching in the tunnel. Apart from their flights and tunnel-time they also pay for coaching. So, why should Skyventure make allowances for tourists? Most of those tourists will only flail around for a couple of minutes. If you were running the business which customer would you rather have? Someone who buys an entire block or someone who just wants a couple of minutes to flail around? A decent group of flat-flyers with coach won't need a Skyventure employee in there to keep them from banging off the walls either. From a business point of view it makes more sense to sell large blocks of tunnel time to skydivers. Will
