How do you stay motivated? I get into running every now and again and keep it up for a couple of months max, then I get bored. Even in the short time I keep it up I can see the results (in distance/speed I can cover ground & also body weight - burns up fat well good) but I just cant keep at it. I would run every other night about 3/4 miles a time

Headcorn, UK - I still get given a radio but if I want to do the pattern myself and flare when I feel etc I flail my legs like a loon while under canopy and they let me get on with it. Havent needed them for about 6 jumps now. Most of the time I cant hear it anyway!

Oooo, dont tempt me. I dont smoke but a list like that could sure turn a guy into a smoker!

Apparantly change in law means we'd be able to arrest people for that in the UK soon. Though ive not been briefed yet. Could be fun Ive been present when someones been nicked for it before becuase he wouldnt tell us who he was so had no alternative but to arrest.

Cardiff Zoo had acquired a female of a very rare species of gorilla. Within a few weeks, the gorilla became very cantankerous and difficult to handle. Upon examination, the zoo vet determined the problem was the gorilla was on heat. To make matters worse, there were no male gorillas of the species available. While reflecting on the problem, the zoo management noticed Keith, a big Welsh lad from the Valleys, responsible for fixing the zoo’s machinery. Keith, like most Valleys boys, had little sense, but seemed to possess the ample ability to satisfy a female of any species. So, the zoo administrator thought, they might have a solution. Keith was approached with a proposition. Would he be willing to have sex with the gorilla for £3,500? Keith showed some interest, but said he would have to think about it. The following day, Keith announced he would accept the offer, but only under 3 conditions: “First” he said “I don’t want to have to kiss the gorilla.” “Secondly, you must never tell anyone of this” The zoo administrators quickly agreed to these terms, and then said, what about the 3rd condition? “Well” Keith said... “you gotta give me another week to come up with the £3,500”

Hey, Now I may sound like an over keen newbie, BUT.... I have always had an interest in video/photography and have started skydiving this year. Nothing would be more fun than making some nice movies for people and maybe make a few pounds too. As well as camera flying I am kind of interested in getting into freefly. What I really want to know is, in order for someone to progress quickly and have the skills required for camera work what sort of discipline should I work on. I guess - what makes a good photographer/video guy. ie someone with good belly skills like FS work or someone who can really fly there body like FF. Sorry if this is a repost, I imagine this is a fairly typical first enquiry. Thanks! Sam
