  2. I heard 3 commercials on the radio this morning that claimed taking their magic pills would make my penis bigger.
  3. It not any of that stuff. It's those damn lawnmowers.
  4. That's not entirely true. Check out these articles: http://biz.yahoo.com/brn/050307/15226_1.html http://www.ifeminists.net/introduction/editorials/2005/0223.html The book being discussed in them is quite interesting.
  5. Warn him? If he doesn't stop at the sight of a weapon being pointed at him, I doubt anything short of firing it would.
  6. 2640ft. 5280ft. Eh, I think it just depends on what you're used to.

  10. I think the point is not that conception is dangerous, but that a standard abortion can bring about many more complications than the pill.
  11. Speaking of drugs, anyone catch the story a few weeks ago about a submarine that the drug ppl built to transport drugs to the US?
  12. So Basically, a doctor saying "There are other options available for your situation, but we cannot provide them here" would be ok, but going into detail (essentially a how-to) wouldn't be? Just looking for clarification.
  13. You understimate the number of stupid people in this country.
  14. No one said they did, just that they could.
  15. Some spin up to about 15k+ rpms IIRC. Ever tried spinning up a CD with one? It's interesting to say the least.
  16. I believe it is unethical to withhold information from a patient because of one's religious beliefs. That would be putting one's religious beliefs ahead of the welfare/health of the patient, which doctors shouldn't do. I wouldn't think so. I don't have any problem with a doctor/hospital refusing to provide a treatment with which they do not agree. I have a problem with a doctor withholding information about treatments they don't agree with because of their own religious beliefs.
  17. Relavent to me? My belief is that a doctor should do his job, regardless of his religion. Withholding information is not doing his job. When a doctor withholds information about treatment options from a patient because of his religion, he is fucking with other people's lives. In that case the doctor is essentially forcing his beliefs on that patient. If he won't provide a patient with information about all their options (even if they won't provide the options or treatment) he needs to find another job.
