what kinda of 190 reserve, what kind of 190 main? line types? older jav , new jav? J4K 176 – Raven II ZP up to 190 J4.5K 193 – Raven II ZP up to 210 J5K 218 ZP up to 240 these are for current sizes....I think a J5 is too big for you safety wise...but best idea is to call sunpath. Derek and the guys and gals down there are great people who will tell you exactly what will and will not work. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

H n P... it is the the freefly handle that is attached with tape...it hangs out from apex at least 2"...Wings is sending me a new one...but they clame it is not cause of the dangleing handle that caused my problem...more the size of my PC. so...who know's. I did have a strong throw out...but it might of been as Tom said more forward than sideways...i don't know for sure. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

weekend before last I had a PC knot in tow that was a wings 32"PC with the freefly pud on a subterminal jump. It ended up knotting the PC off. I perfect overhand knot with no bridle entanglement at all. not fun at all. but still alive. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

Sounds like she showed up and they said your a tad too thick..sorry.. ...so she talked about how they didn't have large enough chutes for her...blah blah blah.... kinda hard to understand her though.. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

yep...they made me a rig sized for a Xfire 149 and my jumbo reserve dash m 218...good fun..It is so tight that a 135 fits snug in the main tray. I just like the security of a larger rig....oh.. the rig numbers are all based off the reserve container. and then any variation of the original main size is then a -1 or some other number. like mine is a W21-1... people tend to fail due to poor training or poor decisions, usualy due to poor training....and also on there reliance of "saftey devices" they dont train as hard as they might otherwise... just my two pennies... Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

Safety Day 2005; What did you learn from it?
skymedic replied to Shark's topic in Safety and Training
Understood the fun of a reserve opening at terminal on my first jump in 6 months. one helluva recurancy jump. Gotta love a knot in tow. Also learned that my constant drilling of EP's almost every day saved my life. -
which download site? Not super familiar with those. thanks Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

I agree. I think part of the problem is that I have such a large PC for who knows what reason other than my ignorance in not asking for a smaller ZP. and also the fact that the kill line is NOT killed yet so it is extended...then you have the dangly handle out there a good 2" from the apex of the PC and then include the slow speed subterminal nature of the jump...my large size pushing alot of air out of the way...and here we are. Thing is I love flying my canopy...so i do alot of hop n pops. most of the time alot lower than this particular jump. Thank god it was just a tad higher. good stuff for sure.
