I suggest you reread what I was talking about....she compared this ban with the 18th ammendment(prohibition)...I was stating that this is NOT like that at all in that this just ban's smoking in public places... and yes..I know about the 21st ammendment...do you want me to expound on the language in that??? I have every application I could ever want for my mac available...actualy most of what I want came WITH the thing. with iLife 5 with it's various items...and now having tiger it it's awesome spotlight feature, I have no need for anything else. plus...it just works. it really does. my upgrade to tiger was error free and without issue. oh and my iMac G5....it does look pretty!! so does the OS too. one other thing I like about apple is if I do have any issue's with it...whether that be with the OS, with my iPod and the OS, or with hardware I call ONE place...not 3,4, or more tech places for all the different hardware. they make it all there and that is nice. A...which one of your inalienable rights is being taken away? B...they are not banning smoking...just taking it out of the bar and restraunts. Obviously you forgot the part about the 18th ammendment banning ALL forms of intoxicating liquors from ALL places..even at home. this is just not what this ban is about. the tobacco companies have way to much money invested in congress for smoking itself to be banned. now there is that chance that health insurance companies will start denying clames for people that are smokers...and also for peope to start filing liability suits to others that have been "potentialy" harmed...but who' knows. What's interesting is Wilco just had 4 show's at the aragon ball room in chicago....they specificaly requested a smoking ban for the show's....you can bet everyone of there show's was sold out. and Jeff Tweedy is a smoker and wanted this. Music will always be there...they can always smoke after the show... Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

Thank god more towns are doing this....cancer sucks....i've seen it from all sides...as a family member who has lost close loved ones from it....as a health care worker who see's smoking's debilitating effects on a daily basis...and most importantly...I am a cancer survivor of almost ten years since my first diagnosis.... give em up...there just not worth it...or if ya like em..so be it...not my job to tell you what you can and can not do...but don't do it around my family or around me. and that includes the bar's and restraunts we frequent. I am hoping ST.Louis county will pass the ban..they've been talking about it...i hope it is sooner rather than later. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

Well I had a Knot in tow last month. I packed it the brian germain method...had a nice strong pitch out...but into sub terminal air...with a heavy wings freefly pud attached...next thing I know I am at terminal with a big ol flappida thing behind that did NOT look like a PC... I packed a good PC....had a good pitch..and still got what I got. things just happen. at least I'm still alive....it was a tad scary. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

if it's a captive...a good set of pliers will do the trick...line the new one up with the old one as you thread it out and the other in...try to not let the hole get closed...it will cause less discomfort getting the new one in...them...umm..bit's down yonder can be a bit touchy to trauma... I don't think this is the case with the wings PC's...as the kill lines are made from kevlar and are sandwhiched with kevlar tape and then don't have the shrinking issue from what I can understand. or am I horribly misconstrued about kevlar's properties. what do you think? Marc

Yeah...he's a great musician..or was rather. the album is "The Wind". it's a good one. but really like the last track. it'll make ya feel good and bad all at the same time. ..here's a small sampling of the people that contributed to this great album... from what I remember they were 20bucks last year....seems most of the local DZ's here all of there jump prices are up two or three bucks a jump also. so this doesn't surprise me with oil cost's. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

You can put me in there too...I'm starting next weekend though. Now that I have new teeth...LOVE MY NEW PEARLY WHITES!!!...I want the body to go with it. Actualy I just want to avoid the pitfalls of being unhealthy. Right now I weigh 246 goal is 210 by august 6th...the day I am to be married. another goal of mine is to improve my self image. I just don't have much self confidence in my self. alot of that stems from my having teeth that were falling out and in horrible disrepair secondary to chemotherapy. BUT now is the time to start. I can do this....and so can you all. I figure I can kill cancer...and can jump out of an airplane...I can do anything.

4 months plus on my mac...and i have yet to have mine crash...and I do lots of multiple programs running at once...recording music...video...dvd creation...etc.etc.etc....no crashes.....YET..that is. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....
