    One other thing....since my daughter has been in my physical custody her mom has seen her a grand total of once...for three weeks. and trust me...i would give anything for this woman to see my daughter more often. Lauren aches not seeing her...well at least she used to. now lauren could care less if she comes to get her this summer. and we truly do not say an ill word against the woman. regardless of my real feelings about how much of a fuck up she is.     actualy what I paid in child costs was signifcantly more than that...even with my daughters mom dodging me and making it very difficult to see lauren. I paid 20%of my pay at all times. I have never been a delinquent dad. I did what I had to do. amazing thing happened this week. my daughter came home from school with straight A's.....that just did not happen with her mother. not even close by a long shot. and in all honesty my daughter does not cost all that much more to care for. I guess I don't equate amounts of money with quality like you do. Marc otherwise known as Mr.Fallinwoman....

    ya got that right Rob....it is totaly fucked up. if the courts were looking out for the best interest of my daughter it would not have taken close to two years to get my custody worked out, my DL would not have been suspended in FL even though I had been paying support in IL, I would not have had to invest almost 10,000 dollars in a lawyer to make it all work. Right now I am good to go...she owes me...not the other way around. but it was FUCKED up to get it that way. courts suck...ESPECIALY interstate court custody cases. there is now one law that covers it all nationwide. there is an interstate agreement but not all states agree on it. it sucks.     I just won a support award after paying close to 20,000 dollars over the last 10yrs...she's supposed to pay me 300bucks a month or so...thing is I know i will not see a dime...yet I will still make sure lauren is able to call and see my daughters mom. even if I hate her guts.     i've had patients with a BAC of .6 who walked to the ambulance.... common sense should prevail when it comes to drinking..simple as that. it takes a TON of alchohol to get you THAT juiced up. where were this guys friends? to take the beer away or the shot away when he was getting that hammered???     OH no...it's not back right now...but it came back 5yrs after the second time i was diagnosed, treated and then given the all clear. got rid of it after that and then got it a third time. The problem now is the chemotherapy they gave me the first time is actualy the cause of the last two types of lymphoma I've gotten. talk about a killjoy of a drug. save then try to kill ya later. I am clear right now for past almost 3yrs. Thank god it's not back now. i can't imagine having that right now in my life. i have too much going on with that. thank god.
