  1. Did he mention how old the shirt is? Apparently Universal acquired the rights to Curious George 8 years ago. If it's older than that, they may have discontinued it. For that matter, even if it's not older than that, it may still be discontinued.
  2. I don't know, but when you find out, let me know!
  3. Very nice. How long did it take? Mine is *supposed* to ship in two days, but I'm not holding my breath. Not that I'm complaining, it's worth waiting for!
  4. I can't vouch for the people that are glad he died, because I don't share that sentiment. But you made a statement that you don't see how he's any different than a number of notable wildlife advocates. I was just explaining how he is different.
  5. I agree with you on the Big XII/SEC debate, but I do take exception to two things you said. ***t.u. got what they deserved in that game Care to elaborate on these? Edit: I will accept discussion over a few beers at AOT as sufficient elaboration.
  6. That is an excellent point. I don't doubt his dedication, or that his interest was genuine, but unlike the other wildlife advovates mentioned earlier, Treadwell was not a scientist. Not only did he not have a formal education, he also did not belong to any scientific organization, nor did he do any research that provided any sort of useful data to the scientific or the wildlife communities. He was an interesting character, and he loved living with bears. Great. It made for a great documentary. But that's all he did, and THAT is the difference between him and the others mentioned earlier.
  7. Just watch out for Farmer W.T. McNasty* *W.T. = Whole Town.
  8. In the grand scheme of things, certainly nothing of any less importance than a day full of skydives.
  9. Something to think about in the minutes before the game: The last time #1 and #2 met in the regular season was 10 years ago, and the loser of that game went on to win the national championship (in a rematch no less).
  10. I think she had, too. Ouch.
  11. I was expecting to see a pic of Douva on the the pole.
  12. I have a lot of respect for Ohio state. They are intelligent, hard working, athletic, and committed. They are certainly not "retards." Jim Tressel is a proven leader, Troy Smith is one of the best quarterbacks in college today, and Ted Ginn is a force unto hiimself. And when Texas wins I will take great pride in having beaten the best. Well, the second best.

    The Man Card

And just like that a thread about Man Cards turned into "Let's Talk About Our Feelings Hour".

  16. According to the website he hit 420 an hour and a half ago.
  17. Well, I HAD managed to forget about it. Thanks for bringing back the memories.
  18. It kind of looks like the brake lines are in front of the D lines, but I think that's just a perspective issue.
  19. This pic? The only thing I see is pilot chutes. edited to delete pic.
  20. Dunno, but the only reason I mentioned it is those aren't the first pics I've seen you post sideways. There's a larger component going on here. But back on topic. Klutz kicks ass. Have you ckecked out anything else they make?
  21. Have you played with how to turn the pics upright? Also, that's an awesome toy. Klutz kicks ass.
  22. Random point one - my toaster oven is awesome. Random point two - do you suppose medieval knights enjoyed paper mache?
