My kids go with me to the dropzones I jump at. We learned the really hard way that some DZO's aren't friendly or kind to children. The rule is... if they repeat the words or behaviors seen at any DZ...at ANY time.. they won't get to hang with me. PERIOD. This has worked perfectly for the 2 years I have been jumping. Now for here,,, my daughter is here (17) sometimes.. and it has helped communication alot between us when we do talk about some of the things chatted about here. It helps me know where her head is at.. and what she knows or doesn't. So this is a parenting issue.. and sounds as if your Mother and you have it under control. Just like at the DZ..where you learned that some people are just stupid...well they are here too. Enjoy hanging with us~~ IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

OK, so let me see if I understand this whole thing. I have pictures of The FAMOUS DEuce (so that I will know who to meet at Eloy) .. and now I hear such stories of said man. of lines forming to get close and all.... so in order to move up the line.. of women waiting for HUGS .. Fine line between pleasure and pain. Learning to control walking this line.. isn't somehthing you learn first time out. Each time he goes closer to where you don't like..give it just a second or two before you move him around. You learn alot by making yourself control this feeling. I am a level one trauma nurse... I also broke my tailbone and pelvis on jump#10.. I have lived on both levels. YOU can't possible make things right by spewing all this here. There are actions and recourses whenever someone or some agency is less than professional. There is a level of accountablility all health care professionals must answer to. IF one door closes...keep knocking till the right one opens. IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

I just am getting into wing suits and all. I bought a suit ... have to get all the teachings to go with.. BUT your pics make me want to go NOW and fly... might need to make some girlie modifications at some point... My fav is "F" Congrats on getting thru AFF... before long you will be there with your license!!
