yes,,,exactly~~~ Being indepedent threatens many men...having a FF worked well for me at the time. I have a great b/f now..who is very much the dust buster kind of guy but allows me to be me! As one who h-a-d a FF.. yes, why not kiss?? I don't fall in love or want more because he was a perfect kisser. Actually, the kissing made the "f" of FF all that much better. What seperates FF from a intimate relationship are the ground rules established prior to the playing. Certain lines are not crossed over...no matter what you 'feel' towards the other; boundaries are respected. IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

Yes! I moved to southern CA...about 18 months ago with 2 kids. It's been an adventure.. not sure what to call this chapter! Of course, the boy next door might not even be the one...and now I will be judging him before I know the facts. How do you not?? IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

Ok. so today took a bizarre turn into never never land. I took off and took Jessica to the Dr...who we saw about her knee. He thinks it's because her quad muscles are so 'not' developed and her knee cap is turned slightly outward..this is more common in women as a normal. However, she has a bad combination of the two. None-the-less we are doing a MRI of her knee next week.. We came back to Fullerton around noon..ran by the dry cleaners (which is by Albertson's) and saw a few cops..mostly they were talking to men. No big deal, I figured it was just something going on there. We come on home to find more of Fullerton's finest all over our complex. As we park in the garage and one officer comes up to Jessica and me, asking, "Do you two live here?" We said yes and then he wanted to know who else was here. I said my 11 year old son but that he was at school. The officer said, "well, then this doesn't pertain to you." And off he went. We came on inside. I started doing clothes and stuff. Jessica wanted to go to the office and pick up our extra mail box key that was ready. The office doors were locked and at first they wouldn't let her in the door. Then Oscar (the maintenance guy) let her in and gave her the key. Patty (the mgr) told her to get back home and stay inside with the doors locked. I had a 1430 apt with Gil...my hair. Jaxon was staying after school for sports. The more I thought about this whole thing..the more I didn't like it. Rule #1..Listen to the nagging voice...it's usually right. I called Patty about 1400 and asked her what was going on.She said that a bad guy had gotten away from the Fullerton police and the dogs had traced his scent to our complex. I asked her about all the kids that were coming in from school. She says, "What do you want me to do about it??"" Cops are all over the place now...canvassing every apt door to door. I call the school that is about 1 block away. They know nothing. I tell them what I was told and what is going on. I decide to go pick up Jaxon from school so that I don't have to worry about him coming in to all this. (all we need) As Jessica and I are leaving, the same officers are here...plus more plain clothes guys. I ask the officer about the kids. He says, " I guess you saw it on TV?" I reply, "No, I haven't seen anything." Cop. "Well there was a guy this morning who attacked a little girl in Buena Park this morning and we have tracked him to here." "But don't worry we are on top of it." Me. "How are you on top of it if the guy hasn't been caught?" Cop. "Well, we are all here to get everyone in the door safely." Not reassured at all I left...went to the school and told them what was going on. They were going to call the police and district offices to find out why they weren't told. We went and did our errands and all... got home about 6pm. No more cops and no signs that there was anything going on. I changed my clothes. Put on the finest flannel PJ's with peguins and took off my earrings and make-up. great picture uh?? As we are fixing dinner and cutting up about 3 pounds of strawberries..there is a doorbell going off. The dogs don't respond at first; usually they bark. Jessica looks thru the peep hole and say it's coach renfro..a football coach of Jaxon's from popwarner FB. I go to the door..and it's 6 officers; most are plains clothes guys. The talkative cop ask me if I talked with an officer earlier today. I said yes. He tells me that no... indeed, they have not caught the guy. BUT the boys who live in front of us..well, one of those boys match the description of who they are looking for. AND the dogs traced a scent right to their front door. OMG!!! Now they are asking me about what cars they drive..who lives there. names, etc. I answer as much as I can and tell them what little I know. What is odd is that not one of the three boys are home..on a FRiday night. Usually they are home with lights on and windows open..we can all hear them. Interesting enough the boys take turns who parks the car in the garage next to us. It's the blue cars turn to be on the street..and that they are very very turned on by. I have the officers name and cell phone and all... Can you imagine?? I am due at the tunnel at 7:45am..and Jaxon was planning on staying here alone. It's now 8:30pm and the neighbors are still gone.. WHAT DO I DO>>>> 1) Give up my tunnel time... or 2) drag my son with me who will have a really bad attitude because he wants to play with his friends and I told him earlier in the week he could. IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!
