    sometimes I think this keeps the age old question going... when does one cross the line? are rules made for just a few or for everyone? if there are exceptions then why not petition for the same? if John doe is made to follow the rules.. why isn't Jane doe made to do the same? because she is older?? because she just knows what she's doing and we're to take her at her word? I know that as a RN.. if someone somehow gets a job as a RN and say gives too much morphine to someone and causes their death by this act.. not only is the nurse in huge trouble but also the hospital that hired her. so when I hire a pilot to take me to altitude am I now hiring a commercial pilot who has taken the time and trouble to do things right??? my life is in their hands .. same as yours whenever your my paient. I went to school and I have the degree and license to be who I say I am.. IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

    As a nurse.. as human,, I intervene whenever an unfair act is in progress. I don't believe in passively living... on or off the dropzone. I have taken heat before and I can stand my ground alone or with support. Guess I am more fishing for additional info to understand why private pilots are flying jump planes??? IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

    OK.. so help me CYA.. not my home DZ and not where I jump anymore.. so what happens to me if I say something?? I mean is it like they break my legs or black sky kind of curse on me for not playing by the boys rules?? IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

    I jump the same place as you. You're right it's competitive.. I like it that way! Even though I do more RW than FF I still try both and even been thinking about a little CRW. The more you know --- the better you can be. You have to take it with a grain of salt and be who you are.. where you are meant to be. If you jump for others.. you shouldn't jump at all. P.S. look me up.. i'll jump with you anyway you want to... IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

    Do you think the USPA doesn't check this stuff out?? I would've thought that being a USPA DZ they would keep up with that little bit of info... uh?? IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

    I don't jump there.. It's not in California.. as a RN.. you see that my work and moral ethic makes me feel that if there is something I know to make others safe and I fail to respond to that.. then I'm just as guilty if I committed the act that led to harm. I am a patient advocate completely. So as a skydiver..I don't have an issue today or any day of my life for standing up for what is right and what I believe can keep other's safe. Perhaps 'good ole boys' need to rethink some thoughts... IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

    Tom. this is how I discovered that this dzo was only a private pilot. He's been doing this for years... IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

    It's a USPA dropzone that takes money and operates taking anyone's money. IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!

    So what are one's options when you learn that a pilot of a dropzone (and owner) isn't really licensed to fly jump planes.. just licensed as a "private pilot??" Or are there exceptions and I just am not seeing where??? Isn't this illegal and like wrong?? IF you are going to be Stupid - you better be tough!
