  1. I like to play for "distance and accuracy" in the end, more than once a day is hell on the ammo reserves
  2. I have 7 of them lol although I cannot say how I got them. They smell bad tho need to wash them.
  3. I dated a girl that said she lost hers when she was riding a bike and hit a parked car. She "said" that she hit so hard it tore her cherry? only half of it was intact.
  4. Me 15 this is going to be a good thread. lmao
  5. There ya go. How are they doing? HOW uuuse duinnn?
  6. I clicked more than once a week, I kinda feel bad that now that more than once a day is winning.
  7. Yea I need a full face it is fixing to get cold here and my half face helmet freezes my ass off on my harley at 50 degree weather. I can imagine anything colder without a full face.
  8. Anyone play these online? I started playing delta force when it came out and have followed all the way to the newest Joint Operations. The choppers and other land vehicles are pretty cool, but the mortars are inaccurate. Taking away the ability to remap the control key has messed me up it used to be my jump key now my jump key is next to the "windows" key, so now every time I get excited and try to jump to avoid someone I hit the windows button that takes me to desktop. By the time I get the game back up I am on my back with a bullet in my head. I heard that some video cards have the ability to cheat by not showing the fog on maps that have it. That way you can get the barret or the m24 and sit on a hill side and put long range shots in the othe team before they can even see you.
  9. Yea I have read all the "I wanna wear this on the plane" threads I really just need info on a good player. The wife is going to be using it 75% of the time anyways. I stick to my computer playing first person shooter games.
  10. Thanks I will look at the reviews, but I never have trusted them. All the reviews look and sound like someone from the company wrote them. I would rather hear from you guys. 256mb is good enough that would do me for the day.
  11. That crossed my mind, I thought that with my z1 fullface on that would quiet it down enough that I would not have to blare it loud. What kinda player did you have? Did it give you any troubles?
  12. Nice it fits you. The problem with a cut job like that is keeping it even and identical on both sides.
  13. The wife has been wanting a MP3 player for a while now. I just realized that it takes 20 minutes plus to get to altitude so a MP3 player would be a good time waster and something to pump me up enroute to "target altitude" With all that said I am looking for a reliable MP3 player for under $200. It needs to be able to go up to 14k, fit in the zippered thigh pouch in my jumpsuit, hold a couple hours music, and able to play files downloaded off Limewire. I had a RIO a couple years ago that would lock up if it had a corrupt file downloaded to it. You had to take the batteries out and reset the thing it was such a pain in the ass I took it back. What do you think? I have a best buy, curcuit city, and a comp usa in town I am gonna hit up tonight and get one.
  14. Were you speeding? If yes pay the fine and stop being a dick. It was a mistake, but not enough to get you off the ticket. Your plate number, insurance and DL is all that is required
  15. What..... ASSHOLE TIGHTEN UP!!!!!
  16. Yea I am just venting after being the "bombing target" all weekend. The jump was fun as hell anyways, as long as it doesn't hurt or cause me to have a premie ooh well it comes with the game.
  17. Yea I showed the field rep the unit saturday. Yea Laura told me about the website and the warning.
  18. The KEY is to pull it all out. No matter what length it is it does you no good if you never pull it through the loop.
  19. I posted never, B/C my stopping on the side of the interstate to help a 40 year old man change a tire is not worth getting ran over by someone at 80 mph. If a elderly couple or a woman were pulled WAY off the shoulder, or I saw them at a rest stop in time to exit I would help.
  20. I have 30 jumps on my mt1-xx and I have never looked down at the leg snaps and seen anything other than a closed gate. When I was heavier (375 otd) I regularly deployed at 174 mph. Now that I am 308OTD and opening at 120mph it feels better on the legs
  21. REPLACE THE BATTERY!!!! I never use audible or backlight, butt.... I had a "full battery"indicator on a jump yesterday. Turned on the backlight as the sunset load got off the ground late. Under canopy the thing kept turning on and shutting off. NO ALT TO LAND WITH. Had to use my primary alt.(eyes). neptune is only months old. they need to come up with another way to show battery voltage. Also after taking metal plate off the back as per website around all 4 screw holes have spider cracks around them. So much for the water proof thing now. ALso why did they release a update that you cannot use. The web site said do not use this version to adjust alarms, a future update will be out soon.. err something to that effect.
  22. Yea he was told afterwards by the more experienced of the group that the best thing to do is backtrack if you find yourself over someone when overshooting the formation, and most of the time you can slip back before you loose your air and fall on them
  23. This weekend on 2 jumps a 8 way hybrid, and a 6 way speed belly/freefly jump a person got over the formation, lost air and crashed into the person below them. The first jump the guy came in from behind and above me trying to make a leg dock, and he over shot and crashed on my back from about 3 feet above me. The 4 way base was strong enough and did not get busted up. On the second jump another person came in crashed down on someones grip turned the base upside down and that was the end of that. The 2 jumpers in question are 500+ jumpers most freefly tho. And they were on their bellies trying to get grips to go into a stand for the hybrid.
  24. Jump 3 of the day normal deployment on a paraflite mt1-xx rig with a 370sqft canopy at 3.5k under canopy by 2.9k. Unstowed the brakes, control check, airspace was clear I did some spirals and ect. At approx 1200 ft I was going to initiate a right turn with the toggles and it would not budge, I looked up and the knot on the steering line that makes the loop for the toggle to attach to had passed through and above the metal ring on the risers. I tried to pull it through but no luck so I grabbed a handful of the riser to take the tension off, but I could not get it to pass through with the few fingers I had available. Luckily at 340ft(neptune) I was headed into a stiff wind and right along the grass beside the runway and landed the beast on rear risers as I have done 3 times in the past. Once on the ground my rigger looked at the problem and recreated the problem. With no tension on the risers the knot is just the right size to go through the ring like it should, but once you load the risers with weight the angle of the ring allows a slightly less opening giving just enough clearance for the knot to pass up, then hang up. We solved the problem by tying a overhand knot just below the knot on both risers definitely not allowing them to pass through. This shortened the steering lines a bit, but 3 jumps later there seems to be no problem with this fix.
