hmmmm interesting. trouble is, they only test at night jumping out of black helicopters at DeLand.

fall rate should come from the center in theory, but you should be able to fly no contact comfortably, either the fat boys get some drag on their jumpsuit or the skinny dudes wear more weight.

if you can launch an "E" or an "O" without spinning down the hill -- you can launch every formation, esp if you are training the smaller dive pool. no need to live at the DZ or make a gazzillion jumps. lots' of mock exits help though. basically each position has the same basic exit techinque 80% of the time, (tail dropping low, OC presenting straight out, point going up, and IC squeezing by the door getting even with the OC. -- its simplistic, but really people make it way more compicated than necessary). the trick is knowing where to go on the hill and putting yourself there, without upseting anyone elses body position/presentation.

ok, here's the deal, instead of using your legs, use your arms.... how you ask... hang on ok basically put your arms straight out in front of you and push down with all you've got, you'll go forward and stay on level. two good things. you can practice while lying flat on the floor to get the feeling. Also if you go to the gym and do lat pull down, same sort of move. disclaimer --- this is primarily a point turning move -
he had another on Saturday too (Elden).... William did a good job recognizing and dealing with the mal. good job... techincally he really doens't owe any more beer, but hey, what the heck.... Oh, the lines were burned together? that is some heat, do you remember anything packing that was different?

make sure the "cigar roll" or what ever you call it, is a little wider than the dbag. lay on the canopy to get all the air out. s-fold the bugger, but keep both knees on the center, lift one side, slide the flap of the bag under the s-folded canopy and stick that side into the bag, keep holding the mess with your knees, and flip the other side of the bag around and stuff the bugger in there. It really comes down to keeping your lines in order and the stabilizers in the right spot.

I dont' like priceline, you can't pick your times easily. I use each airlines site, expedia, orbitz and side step usually I find the best deal on expedia or the airlines web site.

well, I think you're wrong, totally. I am not gay, I know gay skydivers. we hang out after jumping, no big deal. Contrary to what you post though, I don't go to the DZ to find a date/mate/quicky. I like to skydive and talk to those who enjoy it also -- no matter what they've got going on in their personal lives, unless they are a complete butt head of course, then I don't want to talk to them at all, but that goes for every day living too.

the guys jumping them are getting close to at least 1000 jumps using them, so the data is out there already.

well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder... I happen to think javelins are ugly, as well as most exposed/semi exposed pop top containers the new talon coming out looks kind of sharp though.

correction.. Vector offers hip rings, not chest rings.... G4 has some really neat features in the details of the rig to make it really comfortable and functional
