  1. It's from a Thunderbird's demo. The video was floating around on here for awile. The guy did a loop too low and ejected before he pancaked in. Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™
  2. OU? Ohio?! There is only one OU, and it's here in Oklahoma, Justi. Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™
  3. Sometimes, hard openings just happen. Although, 4 of the biggest culprits are: 1. Bad body position, i.e., dipping a shoulder, deploying in a track or at too high a speed. 2. A lineover can cause a brutal opening. 3. Canopy out of trim. 4. Letting the slider creep down while packing. This is probably the most common. I psycho-pack all my canopies, and when you're laying on the canopy to get the air out, then rolling it, it can sometimes be easy to let the slider slip down a bit. Make sure you roll the tail tight up against the slider to hold it, and that you keep that tension there while rolling it up. Sky, Muff Bro, Rodriguez Bro, and Bastion of Purity and Innocence!™

  6. Man at Elevator: What are you supposed to be, some kind of a cosmonaut? Dr. Peter Venkman: (chuckles) No, we're exterminators. Someone saw a cockroach up on twelve. Man at Elevator: That's gotta be some cockroach. Dr. Peter Venkman: It'll bite your head off, man. -------- Dr. Peter Venkman: We've been going about this all wrong. This Mr. Stay Puft is okay. He's a sailor, he's in New York. We get this guy laid, we won't have any trouble. -------- Dr. Peter Venkman: She's not my girlfriend... I find her interesting because she's a client and because she sleeps above her covers..four FEET above her covers She barks, she drools, she claws... 7. Yeah, the hording thing struck me funny as well. God forbid someone should make a profit in skydiving. Many don't understand the razor-thin margins the industry works under. If he wants to see the Skyhook added to other rigs, maybe he'll pony up the fees for the TSO testing that'll be required to use the Skyhook on a non-RWS rig. 23. Umm, you really need to check your facts. If it was done, it was done to destress the rest of the line of levees. As for protecting the wealthy, the levee protecting Jefferson Parish, where a good portion of the wealthy live, had already failed and flooded many of the expensive homes there. While the New Orleans' refugees were mostly poor and black, Jefferson Parish brought the storm's destruction to a much wider economic cross-section. The sprawling parish stretches from Grand Isle on the Gulf of Mexico to Lake Pontchartrain in the north, and includes some of the metropolitan area's most exclusive neighborhoods. In the enclave of Old Metairie, the rows of palatial, six-bedroom homes sustained little structural damage but had some of the worst flooding. Water rippled up the knobs at front doors and completely covered Mercedes-Benzes and BMWs in garages. Many residents were happy that the storm spared their homes, but angry that the failure of the levee system left them swamped. Some were considering a lawsuit against the federal government for having a levee that could survive no more than a Category 3 hurricane. "That's what's so devastating, that goddamned levee breaking," said Bobby Patrick, who is now staying in Houston. "My home didn't lose a shingle but it's got six feet of water in it." 24. Congrats on handling yourself quite well! And, Sunshine is a DZ.com regular and she's like my sister from another mister. I'm not at all surprised that she helped you out. Along with getting a pin-check, make sure you always make sure your closing loop is tight. The Dolphin isn't that complicated a rig for someone to pin-check, either. Were you able to find your main? 25. I sold my '02 Suzuki GSX-R 600 on eBay last year. I set a reserve of $3500, started the bidding at $3000. I was starting to get really worried when there were no bids, but an hour before close, they started tumbling in, and it finally went for $4300. There were two bidders in the last 45 seconds who battled it up from $3700. Not a bad price for a bike with a salvage title and some plastic damage.
