The Americn Academy of Pediatrics recommends breast feeding until 2 years old - and extended breast feeding is best. It has been shown that breast feeding lessens the issue of childhood obesity and juvenile delincquency (sp?). Human milk for human people... gee, who wouldathunkit? In all seriousness, american culture has become very 'phobic' on the subject of breast feeding. I saw an elderly man last year chastise a young mother in a diner for breastfeeding her son ( I couldn't see what she was doing, so this old man must have been really staring!) - why should an infant have to sit in a car to eat? I think its great that a mom can ignore the bias of a selfish society and provide what is best for her child! Kudos to her - and shame on you for thinking negatively on her and her child as a result. Get a trainer for one or two sessions. I pay $40 a session (1 hr. for mine), thats not alot of money. Just one or two sessions can set up a routine for you. Its the best/most efficient way to go - I've learned tons from mine. Jen Arianna Frances

I didn't think that crime scene photos could become stock footage for the entertainment industry - isn't it somehow protected? I'd be upset to know that even after a murder case was 'solved' that the pictures were released to the general public for their use. I enjoyed the movie though

In the process of going through this myself... the only advice I can give you is to swallow and pay the $600 - screwing up on these forms has cost me so much more in headaches. I worship their stuff. My husband has a wierd skin problem on his hands that is only solved by the hand salve that Burt's Bees makes. Their lip balm is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Yes, its slightly more expensive (I think we pay $8 for the hand salve and $3 for the lip balm), but the quality is unbelievable. They're selling it at my CVS now

If there is a local 'help line' you can call that and explain your situation to them, and they may be able to help. My mother has used that avenue before when she couldn't get appointments. Please don't look at it as a failure - clinical depression is an illness that requires life long care, its not something you can just kick. I've watched my mother fight with it for years, successfully (she's bipolar (among other things), so its slightly different) - so you can too! Best of luck, Jen Arianna Frances

awwww You should know better than to make me cry Ok, so far I'm planning on making a nice card (I make all my own greeting cards, real professional looking) and picking up some chocolate from the chocolate store near my work... Problem being that I may end up eating his gift - so I need more ideas people! ...but here goes anyway. My husband and I agreed to not spend any money on each other for V-Day - at least thats what I thought until a huge bouquet of beautiful flowers was delivered to my office today. The problem is... tomorrow is V-Day and I don't have ANYTHING for him! I didn't even think of it. I could get him the usual, gift cert for music, but I"m thinking something more romantic (thats not too expensive, but apparantly that didn't matter to him as this bouquet is huge)... I'm usually really good about this, but this really caught me off guard! What would you appreciate getting (in a material sense)? Any advice appreciated
