  1. BillVon...... Always there.....always good
  2. When in doubt.......and when all else fails..... Remove the drivers...(using Add/Delete Programs) and reinstall the drivers. If you have XP and you have a 'Restore point' to go back to....simply go back to the most recent restore point you have where everything was working OK. Top tip.....if you have XP and use the 'Restore point' function....when you have a system loaded with everything you need and its working .....CREATE A RESTORE POINT
  3. DVD player will be available as well........ if you got em, bring em
  4. OK...heres a shot... Cut Through one side of the loop as close to the leather reinforcement patch as possible.....and remove the strap If you want to 're-use' the hand strap in the future....you can 'thread' the cut loop through and temp.secure it in place with gaffer tape.....or get out your needle and thread and restitch.... I didnt fancy opening mine up.......the thought of taking the back off ...and seeing springs and god knows what else 'springing out' across my front room.......on my brand new camcorder....... well lets just say been there...done that sometimes...simple is best
  5. I think it looks much much better than the original...nice one That said.....you looked alot more relaxed in the first edit....and maybe just a tad 'angry' in the present one. Repeat the dialogue in the second edit with the style and pace you did it in the first.....and it would be great ! You asked for opinions....I'm just giving you mine ( by the way....whats the camera view person doing hiding in the kit lock up room anyways....does he owe beer !!)
  6. One of the best 'old film' effects I have seen is available FREE on Microsofts Movie Maker2.......download it....import the segment you want the effect on to MM2....add the effect....save the movie as a DV .AVI file and then import the sequence back into your Premiere project......so what if the exporting/adding effect/reimporting adds a bit of noise....thats just helps the effect
  7. The Skyventure Tunnel has reached its funding targets, has planning permission, and I believe the foundations are going down soon. The Bedford Tunnel project is behind the skyventure one in terms of funding .....but competition between both means that us Brit jumpers will benefit from a choice , as opposed to one operator with a monopoly. I reckon more tunnels=more competition =better value for money for consumers=cheaper prices=more people doing tunnel time. More tunnels will prob result in more experienced peeps doing MORE tunnel time as well as capturing more 'whuffo work' through sheer ease of availability and location. I reckon consumer costs will drop with more tunnel availability.....but that wont be all bad for the operators....they'll get more business.
  8. Contact Allan Hewitt at Skydive Spain (contact details at www.skydivespain.com) He's one of the most qualified riggers in the British Parachute Association, and a Senior Rigging Examiner for the BPA.......he does rigging courses from beginner to advanced....if his courses do not suit you, I bet he knows some other contacts in Europe he could recommend (Hes a really nice bloke as well.....)
  9. OK its friday....I'm chillin' Go on have a laugh on me .....its ok I can take it http://www.skydivingmovies.com/ver2/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=1857
  10. The possibilities are endless....... How cool to have a tool like that you could use for a multiple of sports....fantastic.. Looks like a hell of an upper body workout too.....
  11. Equipment changes......all the time Techniques change .....all the time The experience pool grows bigger......all the time Attitudes change.......sometimes When I first came to these forums....I had the same questions that many had asked before and yet alot of people are quite prepared to pitch an answer knowing full well a search will 'probably' answer the question. THAT attitude is what keeps people coming back to the forums.... Nothing wrong with getting the 'latest' views on common questions anyways.....keeps things fresh
  12. share your ideas....visions you have for your new tat and reap the opinions and suggestions of peeps here........

  18. Its even got alot of press here in the UK...... I doubt many of the generation who would consider buying this would even realise its really based on true events.........but be more concerned about the 'gameplay' Sorry ....this is wrong.. I'm just waiting for the 'glut' of 'games' that will no doubt make an appearance with an Iraq based scenario applied... Never mind waiting 20 years.....they get em out based on the last years current events... Its just wrong.....

  22. 'Delayed' head down exit out the huge side door of a Dornier G92.... Get outside....face the tail....'feel' the speed of the jump run through the sound of the prop pitch....and the wind on your back.....'step off' with arms by ya side and legs shoulder width apart......and ride the lazy, lazy half loop to head down.... Dont forget to catch a wicked shot of the Dornier upside down as you rotate......its even better if you are out last and see it diving away from you(upside down of course)......this exit gives me a sense of peace like no other I have tried..... Hold that head down and face the the West on the sunset load.......what can I say...
