I'd LOVE to be there this year and was kind of planning on it.... Can we drunk dial you though? Please? Miss you babe!! Hope all is well..
-
Of all people I would have expected another answer from you... but anyhow.. I say yes.. but people should do what they can to not "expose" themselves.. I don't have anything against seeing a boob (DUH) but obviously some people do and get offended by it.. so to respect others, try to be as discreet as possible about it.. but to say no is ridiculous.

ha ha.. yeah jump with Cielodiosa if you want your picture taken.. ha ha

and I liked the comment above about "others being able to see them.. " specially in that state: passed out. -
Yes they do.. it gets explained to them that they are too heavy to safely go into freefall as that would put too much stress on the gear and the instructor. they know they are getting a "hop 'n pop"

Get my PRO rating Go to several bigway camps (RW) so I can get ready for the next big one (Project 500) Compete in the CPC Go to Nationals with a FF team

They only do this with really heavy people, like way beyond the normal 200 pound limit...

I'll be flying video for this boogie again and collecting footage for the 2006 Boogie video. So if you have any cool jumps you want to include for the boogie video, look me up and I'll get it taken care of. Pre-orders can be placed here: http://www.iwanvanderschoor.com/eloy2006.html There will also be a pre-order form at registration. If you are there make sure you look me up and ask me along on your skydive! If you don't know what I look like.. my picture is on my website... See you there!! I'll be at the boogie Dec. 26-Jan. 1st. Iwan

THANK YOU!!! Too many people think slapping a camera on your helmet makes you a photographer.. A class is a bonus, but I wish more people would go and read up on basic photography before putting a camera on their heads and asking the same questions over and over on here all the time..

It all depends on who is handling the camera from what I have heard.. The Xti will produce amazing skydiving photos in the right hands, in fact I've already seen several people jump it and I am impressed with the image quality!

Dude.. stop looking and get this: http://seriouswheels.com/cars/top-2004-Audi-RS6-Avant-Plus.htm Audi RS6 Avant.. I can't find the movie of the tuned version of that thing, but it smoked pretty much every sports car out there..

I dont have any experience with the LCD, but I've been jumping with the LED for a while now and I love it! If the audible isnt getting enough of your attention, this one is for sure!

who has the publishing rights? cameraman or tandem master?
vdschoor replied to davidpanal's topic in Photography and Video
Officially? Yes.. most dropzones here in the US have it in their waiver as I said earlier so it's not an issue. AND most skydivers love to have their picture taken,... so its not an issue there either. If you want to do it official though, get a model release from your subjects.. Iwan -
:12:0 Another fun weekend in Byron, worked a lot but the tandem students were having a blast so it was still fun! Usually filming a tandem for sunset load is not my favorite.. but this weekend it was a'ight.. got the student some really nice shots!

vdschoor replied to davidpanal's topic in Photography and Video
If you are working for him, your pictures COULD be his, it all depends on your agreement. With regards to sending in pics to magazines.. if you want to be completely in the clear, get a model release. Here in the US a lot of the waivers already have it in there that your picture might be taken and used for publications... I don't know about France. -
Wanna see something funny? :P

whichever cheese goes with this whine I have going on..
-
Probably cause its an evaluation jump for someone to become a tandem instructor... the person on the front is probably an instructor..
-
Be there for the Holiday Boogie, and you might just run into me

Keith, I have almost a 1000 jumps on my Sigma 15 and it is still in mint condition.. I keep the lens cap on as long as possible, I dont take it off untill I am ready to put my helmet on. You take your chances with the lens, but I can say that lens is tough.. mine has seen some really rough times and the glass is still in amazing shape. No scratches.. nothing.. just jump it as is.. it will be fine. Iwan

THAT is the photographer.. Lany
