All of the above is based on the assumption that Cooper landed in the woods. To my knowledge there is absolutely no conclusive evidence as to where he exited and what his LZ was. PS. Plurals do not have apostrophies.

BREAKING NEWS: Reasonable people do NOT respect Obama
Erroll replied to SkyChimp's topic in Speakers Corner
Indeed. Mission accomplished and all that? -
Would that be AggieDave's desk?

Well, there is your problem! -
Agreed. Must say that I always enjoy watching Chuckie too.

lol... funny, i've heard that one. Overheard many years ago on the way to the South West African (Namibian)/Angolan border: Cocky mob-clerk talking to 32Bn NCO:- "I'm in insurance. Can I cover your wife while you are away?" It was not pretty.

You should spend more time in the Global Warming threads.

About as much as 90% of your own posts.

I find this very interesting. Does it follow then that there are (in this example) 32 pounds less 'available' O2? What effect does that have in the grand scheme of things?

Wendy, I am sure that you realise how many of the posters to this forum you are describing. The irony is how many of said posters don't recognise themselves.
-
Of course you do.

Indeed. Britain could do with some 'nation building' too.

And even that is extremely tenuous. I have attached a 'mug-shot' of a serial killer, and an identikit image of the suspect. The killer was shot very recently in South Carolina. There is virtually no resemblance between the two.

You are the only one making these absurd, infantile characterisations. I live 'next door' to Mugabe. I know what he does. Believe me, I am not mad. I only have pity for people who know not of what they speak, but choose to speak anyway.

Sigh. Sad really.

Crime in SA is so bad the police call Chuck Norris. Not too far off the mark. Many of our police stations are wired up to armed response security companies!

From today's Sunday Times :

Much easier. It's a JR thread about his hobby, the UK. That's all. Oddly reminiscent of the Dreamdancer threads about his hobby, the US. Yah. A typical JR thread. (Dreamdancer's threads are is inconsequential is his non-existent 'opinions' are.) None of you have any idea what the real crime rate in SA is.

Why can't people just work for what they want?
Erroll replied to turtlespeed's topic in Speakers Corner
From my vantage point here way down south I am absolutely appalled to read that statement from what I perceived to be an intelligent, eloquent and informed American! I was wrong and you clearly have no idea what any of those concepts mean. -
Does that mean the same as: She said: "Oh, you're so nice, thank you" And I replied: "Sure, no problem at all, anytime" or did you both really mime?

Erroll replied to psmarais's topic in Security and Scam Alerts
I can honestly not believe that people need an 'alert system' to see through these obvious scams!! -
Only if you are really very, very, very bored.
