Be reasonable, obody is planning to track your every move. If a RFID chip proves the card is yours and you are who you say you are, thats ok. GPS tracking is the stuff of science fiction. Simply not possible on the scale we are talking about. What if you are required to register all (mobile) phone numbers? Then you be tracked better than a hooray Henry after a fox.
