Sure, it was me. I quarter my slider than pull a bit to the nose side. I don't think that we had to kite on opening. I'd rather sit relaxed or a bit steer with my hips if its turning, than when the slider come down and its turning I set it strait with the opposite riser.

True or not does it matter if they do it 1000x ? You can make it true if you keep on repeating long enough.

Disagree. Use right tools for the purpose. I would not use a frap hat where high velocity impact can be excepted, but Id rather use a light helmet if nothing radical can be expected. Its just a part of risk management, like everything else.

I've bought a half dozen of practice golf balls for 1.35 Euro. They can make a perfect handle.

I got lots of 90 degrees swoop on a Pilot 150. That WL is not for swoop, thats for fight with your front risers.

I have a Bird-Man PC with leather handle and long bridle. I got a knot on it 3x from 19 WS jumps. Can the handle replaced with e.g. a practice golf ball or something similar? Any ideas?

I have not had any so far. Line over on main: I'd cut it away. Line over on reserve: I'd try to clear with risers, breaks than cut the line.

We have a winner! Not really. It does not count because it was not intended, he admitted that was just an accident. -
Or jump a canopy you are comfortable with. I got 50+ on a Pilot, 100+ on a Triathlon and some on a Cobalt (WL 1.6+). I prefer to have a fast/clean opening canopy < WL1.5.

The opening shock depends on the relative wind's speed. Mr Bill accelerates faster and has a lot higher terminal velocity. Why do you think the Mr. Bill is only done from a Hop and Pop?

They have a point, most of the load is on the center 3 cells.

Does the curiosity kill the cat? How about looking when the canopy still have the slider up?

In case of airlocked canopy, I'd rather use a vacoom cleaner.

Tandem fly by, how to get right timing? Because of the difference in free fall delay I've found a bit difficult to get the right place in right time. Do you have a good plan for the tandem fly by?
