  1. I got my handles sucked in with a borrowed V3, I have not got that problem with my Stealth. That was a bit tight fit anyway.
  2. AFAIK they fly with relatively low WL. What would be the benefit of cross bracing for them?
  3. Get a more up to date model. They are old anyway. Do you have any software which can handle >1Hz logs?
  4. stow your break line slack better Less things can be caught. leave at least 50cm between the links and the last line stow You D-bag can bounce further from your body. have at least 5 second delay before pull You may have cleaner air, higher air speed helps PC makes better job.
  5. I got mine in s TNJ as a loose fit.
  6. I got 100+ jumps with a 32" F111 PC, 100+ on 28" ZP with long bridle and ~50 24" ZP PC normal bridle. I had no inconsistent opening or hesitation. I got about 200 jumps on Phantom and 100+ on Stealth. I pull from full flight, cleaner air, better openings.
  7. No thanks!I have a Triathlon 160, Cobalt135 and a Competition Cobalt105...1200 jums too
  8. That horse is not for you. You don't really need the fastest spinning canopy ever... Leave Diablo, Stiletto alone!
  9. I have one pair on one of my main. I got a pair of blue handle too.... There were grey handles on that reserve I have used for the first time....
  10. Those are 7 cell canopies and most of them are white or they have some other solid color. Although there are other 7 cell canopies and there are non-white reserves too. Other hint could be the lack of trailing PC.
  11. Well, we can blame the plane too. He would have flown over the tail of a Caravan or King Air without any contact.
  12. Don't worry. There is only one correct way to do it.
  13. Why to use something else than you teach on FFC? There was only one thing there: arch.
  14. BS. There are zillions of other canopy manufacturers.
  15. Some BMI should have it already.
  16. Tell me a reason why should I fly ant sub 70 sq ft canopy. I got enough wing load even with a 105 anyway.
  17. Come on! Has anyone read the manual? It is suppose to be water proof. It can be water proof if you still have the silicon O-ring in place. If you have any doubt than remove the battery and let it dry out, than try it later.
  18. Try to get rid of the fall rate fixation. Your fall rate does not mean a sh1t. Is 95 Km/h a nice fall rate? I can fly it with dirty 120 Km/h forward speed or about 200Km/h............
  19. Do you have the concept of projected area?
  20. I have about 200 flights on Phantom and about 100 on Stealth, 3 on Vampire3. Vampire3 was quite easy to fly. Its designed for flying not for floating.
  21. None would question of your decision if you cut it away. Don't worry, let experienced guys do mid-air rigging and getting more experienced with "perfectly good" canopies.
