  1. You cant rebuild it until you smash it. However, I meant smash the Iraqi insurgents.... I say " Give ema daisy cutter" Bill Cole
  2. IF Kerry were ever to be President, what do you think he would do with Iraq. Would he tuck the tail of the USA between his hind legs and run? Would he stay and fight? Would he try to negotiate with the air head murderers? Would he unilaterally pull all troops out and bring em home? and try to get some oil for the USA. What do you think Kerry would do. As for Bush..I. believe he will win a second term, and will smash Iraq if need be. Bill Cole
  3. I doubt if I would give it a second thought!!! Bill Cole D-41

  6. When my Mom visited our dropzone back in 1965, my brother and I went to 7500 ft and I took a Polaroid of him in freefall. After opening my chute, I pulled the "tab" and by the time I was on the ground, the picture was developed, and I gave it to our Mom. She then signed our log books. I had taken quite a few polaroids, always with a hand held camera. Bill Cole D-41
  7. Wasnt Lyle Cameron involved in that film? Bill Cole D-41
  8. The first time I saw that movie, I didnt like it. The second time I and two others parachuted into a drive in theatre in Ohio before the movie began. I didnt like the movie that time either., but we got a free jump out of it. The jump footage was good, and it is a recorded part of the equipment used back in the 60s. The storyline is lousy, and one cant help but laugh at the claim with his winged suit, he was travelling 200 mph when he hit the ground and became a Juicy Moth.. That was the very same time I was using a winged suit, and I might have hit 100 MPH if I swallowed lead. Bill Cole D-41
  9. Wishing you the very best the sky and this day can give you LEW. Have a GREAT birthday. Bill Cole D-41
  10. No, its not the best subject title...but face it, there are some air headed wuffos out there, and its good to point out the fact that they may be coming to a dropzone where you jump. Watch for them....they do exist. Bill Cole D-41
  11. it wasnt his radio that stopped working...it was his brain. Glad he survived....but it just goes to show you what kind of people are out there. Bill Cole D-41
  12. When the Twin Towers were attacked, George Bush Sr was in a hotel not far away, meeting with family members of Bib Laden.

  16. Please dont think this is a personal attack Phillykev, because it is not. Its just a statement of fact. I would gladly have a battle of wits and intelligence with you any time Phillykev, but there is one thing I DO KNOW; and it would prevent me from doing so, It is not fair to have a duel with an unarmed man..... Bill Cole D-41
  17. I think (actually, I'm sure ) you have a pinched nerve, likely in the neck area. I have them periodically because the disks are all grounbd down to the thickness of a quarter. I have one right now, and it will go away in a few days, and then show up again when I least expect it. I take Percodan (1/2 at a time) and it kills the pain, but sooner or later, the tingling in the arm, right to the forefingers returns, and the neck pain again.. I kinda learn to live with it, hope it goes away, it does, but always returns. It doenst require surgery, its just a nerve that is easily pinched. Hope the pain stops for you....it may even stop for good. Take care anyhow Bill Cole D-41
  18. I just "might" be in the area at the time....I'm going to try hard to be there.....
  19. I doubt Jesus will find it funny, and He'll make that know to you in due time. Good luck...you're going to need it Bill Cole D-41
  20. May this be the best birthday ever All the very best Bill Cole D-41
  21. I use a BELL helmet. I also had one made by Bell with a flat side, with a rotatable housing for the old 16mm film cameras, and it would sure adapt for a video camera if you wanted it to. I dont know if Bell still makes that model, but they are top quality, and I think the strongest helmet made. Check their line out. Just my opinion Bill Cole D-41
  22. congrats Reese....Keep at it, and you'll soon own the sky. Enjoy it Reese, and take care always Bill Cole D-41
  23. He had a helmet with a full face mask. Back in the 1970s, I went to the company that designed the rocket belt (in Michigan) and tried unsuccessfully to get them to allow me to train with the rocket pack, and use it at the Canadian International Air sShow at Toronto. We had some good meetings about it, but I just couldnt sway them. Sure would like to have used it though. What a blast!!!! Bill Cole D-41
  24. Ive collided heads in freefall, and with anything less than my Bell helmet, it would have hurt. There has been many times since though, when I jumped without one. They used to say, If you have a $10.00 head, wear a $10.00 helmet. Bill Cole D-41
