Well, yeah, but the similarities don't go that far. I was simply trying to create a female skydiver who could fly with ANY of the guys, and that person came to mind.

Yeah, I've been hearing that, but too bad I don't know her. In my mind I created Sissy after someone I never met, but only know about through Parachutist and history. She is one hot skydiving chick! (she puts the boys to shame) Her name is similar to Sissy.

Here are two more characters who will be introduced to DZ comic in March. Brew Dawg, the anvil, and Sissy, the award winning FEMALE skydiver. In the future we will also have a BIRDMAN. What are your other suggestions?

I put the date on the cartoon -- on most of them anyway. Does this make it easier to follow?

I seriously thought about doing that, but the time constraint ... whew! However, if that made more people hit the site, I'd do that.

The initial hits on Monday were outstanding as well as Tuesday, but Wed, Thursday and today, Friday, have been very disappointing. Maybe I over estimated the desire for people to see a cartoon strip centered around a DZ. Or maybe I suck! Time will tell.

Okay, here she is for the FIRST (beer!) time. She can out fly ZEUS, and other sky gods. Her name is Sissy

All right, I have cartoons through safety day drawn up, but expect a hot flying chick skydiver to show up at the DZ in mid March. We'll call her ... Sissy.

The cast profile says ... DINK, a good skydiver, she can fly all axis, but probably will never win a medal, unless it is in "hotness" __________________________________________ She's a GOOD skydiver, just not a medal winner. In other words, like the majority of us.

Okay, okay! But such is the typical small DZ. Okay, maybe there needs to be a good skydiving chick ... I'm waiting for a time to create some tension when she arrives at the small cessna DZ and Dink is no longer the only chick. Can you say, "meow, fssst!" just kidding ... sortof

Well, most cartoonist draw what the know. Since I'm at a cessna DZ, I draw from that perspective. I'm sure the cast will visit bigger DZs like boogies, and WFC. But for now, I want to develop the 8 cast members I have. There are many others, birdmen, anvils, old timers, etc. that frequent small DZs. The potential for the cast size is enormous. Thanks for reading!

MWF means a new cartoon every MW&F. (3 new cartoons every week, with an occasional special colored Sunday) I wish to have a new cartoon every M,T, W,TH,& F soon if the comic takes off with page hits. I'm working of safety week cartoon right now for mid March.
