If I understand it correctly - please correct me if I'm wrong - the basic Dem idea is to take back the tax breaks for the rich. Does anyone know who they define as "rich"? Hey TK thanks for the response. It would seem that in your case the Canadain system would have been better. Although I'd rather have the MRI. I've used insurance all my life and just haven't had the problems you have, I've broken over 14 bones had 7 operations. I pay less than $250 a month. But maybe the reason (other than I didn't break my neck) is that all my accidents were listed as "fell off roof". As far as the current goverment......well with respect (cause I want to still be able to jump at z-hills) you can always head home. TK, not trying to be an ass but how did you come out when you broke your neck? I believe you were in surgery pretty quick. Did you have insurance at the time? How did that work out? You don't have a very safe job and people that do what you do get hurt a bit..........but $750.00 a month?? Does anyone really believe anyone in this country needs to pay MORE taxes? Not “Tax the rich and lower the taxes on the middle class” I’m asking does the government need more tax income? We need responsible spending not more money to spend. Either you believe in a progressive tax code or not. The “rich” pay more dollars – which is how you pay the bills. Period. The argument is and always will be that if you make XXXX dollars than “your rich” and should be taxed more cause I only make XX.
