    At our dz, people give people shit, everyone get's "kicked" from time to time. Some take it better than others, some are more sensitive. Fat people, black people, Bush lovers......and save us all....gays. My point is EVERYONE. My advise give it as good as you take it. In other words if it really bugs you HIT back -hell it migt be good for you, OTOH if no one knows your gay they aren't attacking you - they are just actting borish.     I didn't see what happen but landed right next to Betty soon afterwards. I was told that very close to the ground she made a carving turn into the ground....not sure why but it was a very solid hit.     Off the subject but red zone collisions are easily avoidable by everyone flying a good radial approach, stair stepped in – as always. But as a “larger guy” who spends most of his time in the middle of the formations I like to point out to my “light” friends that it’s a LOT easier to not have a collision when you are way on the outside. There’s just a LOT less opportunity to have a collision. The long swoop while fun, is not near as challenging as being a mid diver!     VanillaSkyGirls post about getting her first 100 completion in her logbook got me thinking. I did around 55 +100 way jumps before I got my first completed 100way in my book. Having more, it seems, big way camps and more importantly having 100 way jumps right after a camp seems to be making a difference. My first completion was at z-hills and I to remember it like it was yesterday. It had taken a long time, lot’s of trip and lot’s of money. I started out to “just get a 100 way in my log book” LOL.     Yesterday we had the same question about the "God told us......" Gibson did the same thing - trying to make her look like a nut.......... The networks are playing her entire quote and showing that she was saying Pray that this IS God's will. It makes Gibson look like he was trying to set her up.     I guess the way I see it is that she is saying we need to PRAY that what we are doing IS GOD's plan. Nothing more than praying that we are making the right decisions. I just don't see anything wrong with that. I also don't see ANYTHING wrong in not believeing in prayer or God. I do have a problem with people who seem to get worked up over people who do. And PLEASE skip the lecture about all the bad things associated with religion. I understand them, there is enough to go around on all sides.     This thread as normal here has jumped ALL over the place BUT after listening to the video. She basically said “Pray about the pipeline” (getting done and other things) from most the post here the problem seems to be that she suggested prayer – ABOUT anything. Here at dropzone.com we have a very vocal group of moderators who seem to have an aversion to religion (which is fine) but no matter how hard the screaming is here a lot of Americans are very comfortable with the idea of “we need to pray about this”.
